I have bought wigs from many companies (Leeke, Luts, Monique, Dollzone...) and must say in my opinion Crobidoll wigs are by far the best of all 😍

Loved this video!! I went and ordered some wigs from Luts after watching this, because I have not tried them yet.
I'm missing For My Doll wigs! I hear they are on par with Leeke and Luts.
I have several from For My Doll!! They're great! Right up there with Leekeworld, in my opinion. Make sure you order a 9-10, though, because they run small! My Luts wigs should be here tomorrow or Monday! I'm so excited! :)
Excellent video! I have added a bunch of wigs to my watch list on eBay, but I am always hesitant to get them because I'm afraid the quality won't be as pictured. But, good to know there are some good ones out there - for the price it is worth it.
It's really a gamble, because some of the prettiest wigs have cost $10! But if you're patient waiting a few weeks for a wig I say it's worth it. In particular the brighter color wigs seem to be really well done.
Thank you for the tip! The bright colors are always the ones that I am most interested in, because they are so different than anything we find at the conventional shops.

Wanna talk about a terrible stock wig? My Taeyang Hook was terrible- took me two days of repeat boiling water treatments followed by a lot of low heat flatironing to get his current long straight hair. But, he does look so cool now! 😎

Those mint wigs. Seeing the scalp of the left one, I was sure it was the 10$ one. Like, yeesh... Proof that the price is pretty relative to what we get. The 10$ may miss a braid, but I'd braid it myself for this huge price difference.
Have you tried a 10/11 wig on Pullip? I assume they would be a little loose but maybe tape or a silicon cap would help? I have been looking at American Girl wigs and the price is excellent and the hair density is glorious but I am worried about the size being slightly off.

Some points to add: even with the higher end wigs the quality is still going to be a hit and miss. I've ordered several wigs through the years from Leeke, Luts, Volks and Crobidoll and some of the have very thin fibers where the scalp shows through. I think the best thing with SOME these branded wigs (in comparison to the ebay ones) is that fact that they are made with heat-resistant fiber and can withstand ironing and curling. :)
I have just purchased my first Pullip doll, Alice du Jardin, mint. I dont like the big curls, nor the quality of the hair. Can I wash the hair still on the doll and then boil wash the hair (not the head) and would it then be straight? I feel afraid to touch this doll as her ringlets mess up so easily and I dont like them, they look too bulky.

Hi there, great video! I was wondering whether you have any tips on tidying/cleaning wigs with ringlets? I have a Classical Alice Sepia doll and I want to keep her wig neat but I can't comb it because of the ringlets. Any advice is much appreciated :)
Where do you find darker skinned Pullips?
Is it better to order a wig in 9-10 so it is a bit larger ? Are the leekeword & luts wig in 8-9 or 9-10?

It's always better to order 9-10 ,because otherwise it could not fit in the doll's head, and the option to make it fit its to make a little cut in the wig cap. It's better to have the wig a little loose because you can usa velcro o bluetack to place the wig in the form you want.

I do think 9-10 is a safer bet with varying types of wigs. I personally have found the 8-9 inch wigs work great, but every once in a while they seem very snug!

Hi Angie, just a question in my mind....is there any stores where we could order our own 'customized-wigs'? I have a certain hairstyle and colour in mind for a DIY pullip but cant seems to find a hairstyle sold online close to the style and colour I want. so it will be great if there is a store that accept custom wig orders.

Sure! they do tend to change names and new vendors pop up but lately I have bought from mydoll1997, airang (seriously I got 3 boy wigs for $15!)and JCF882012

I'm sure you've said this before, but who was your first Pullip. Also I have pullip Akemi and her wig is...... not the best. Is it okay to hot glue on too some of the wigs because have hot glued blonde into her wig we're the quality was not so good
It was Pullip Snow White and her hair is like a dust catcher! Haha. I would not recommend hot glue because the plastic is very sensitive and prone to melting. I'd stick to a water-based glue.

The jalzi I recommend 9-10 size
Safely a 9-10. Leeke wigs are tricky. I often buy 8-9inch and they fit great, but some styles have been tight.
