Because inflation devalues your savings, it compels everyone to be an investor. Meaning you need to preoccupy yourself or offload your time/energy to the study of investment opportunities< both of which are very costly. Thanks to Christopher Alexander Walter for showing me the appropriate way to get into bitcoin investing and trading with his trade signal and investing guidelines. Investing and trading are more than just having TA skills. There is a big component of discipline and emotional maturity, that one has to work on! Time in the market vs. timing the market. Never hear her say that you will need a shit load of operating capital to start buying businesses., even if you can take over an operating business. When a business transfers ownership the original owner takes his money and walks. Don't think so? Well, without it, you are screwed, because without it, you cannot pay employees, buy inventory, buy computers office supplies, buy operating materials, pay fixed utility costs rents, power, water, phone, insurance and the list goes on.
Many local businesses generate what is thought of as month-month operating capital. Meaning, in a given month they generate more than enough cash flow to cover all expenses. Especially cash businesses such as laundromats and car washes. It's inventory heavy companies such as retail where there is a big lag between capital outlays and new revenue. If you watch more of her stuff she recommends staying away from those types of businesses because of the low margins and cash issues.

26:45 your recurring product can be a newsletter, follow up services, or teaching on best practices to stay healthy and avoid being the 10% who return. Doctors can teach heath along side selling drugs :)

Question about the owners who would be willing to sell under the right terms: if the goal is to take back ownership from mega entities and those who want the world to be their renters, once you sell your business, how are you not also giving up your ownership and power? This is the model the mega corps have used and of course it’s very successful for them, but decentralization is the key to keeping power with the people - which to me would mean not selling, but holding. I realize you can take that money and start another business, but the food corps literally run the retail world (such as supermarkets) and monopolize the space on their shelves. It becomes an increasingly harder market to cut into. Thank you for any feedback.

I would def choose to sell a vitamin/mineral if the purpose were to circumvent the painkiller. So I guess in that sense my desire would to work out how to allow the reachable population to circumvent what is already available and allow them with viable reasonings. Wether that's cost, transparency, viability, patrotism, ...
