The reason they did that was so that when they scoop Eggs Benedict, or Micheal Afton, they can easily get inside him, use hime as a skin suite and escape Sister Location. So canonically, Ennard is all the funtimes mixed together, and he isn't a separate animatronic. In fnaf 6, we learn that Circus Baby "ejects" herself from Ennard and becomes Scrap Baby, and Ennard is now known as Molten Freddy. I hope this helps :)
