Hi Antonia. Thanks for your great lessons. I noticed that you give your English lessons in English and found it strange that your Russian lessons were also in English. Could you do some more Russian lessons in Russian please for us more advanced students? Thanks.:)
Hello! Antonia its a pleasure to write this words, I´m Mexican and I´m your fan, I like all your videos, I hope you can to do a lot of videos like this, and why no! with Vera and Tania. Congratulations for your married and for your baby. That all a can to write, excuse me for my bad english. Good Luck in all you do.
The filler word I hear most often when chatting with Russian women is "ой". Seems to be used when tired or confused or frustrated. When spoken, I find it has a nice sound and I like to hear it. The english version "oh" sounds boring and spoken when someone is not really interested. Am I correct?
It was amazing as usual Antonia I like your way and your sense of humor ..hope one day i will see you Here in Dubai ..it would be my pleasure to be your tour guide ....Спасибо Болшое и До Встречи !
I like "Блин", I can use this often. "Hey cut that out or stop that you Блин head (pancake head). Or do you just say Блин by itself like when you wreck your car, sort like saying Damn!
If you say 'встретила нас' it means she was there intentionally to meet us, to welcome us after a trip or something or at home when we were her guests, 'встретилась с нами' means she met with us on purpose somewhere, so these two are close, but as for 'встретилась нам' - it means we met her accidentally, by chance.
Excellent lesson! This is the stuff they don't teach in schools, thanks for the upload.
I am glad you liked it! ;)
I liked it a lot, one of the best of your lessons. Thanks from Brazil!
Excellent - very useful for people who want to go a step further than simply mastering grammar and pronunciation.
Этот урок был реально круто Антонина!
не реально круто, а реально крут!

Ой is quite common too ;) You are right!

*ой* также распространено и среди мужчин , но на порядок меньше чем среди женщин.
"snatchit" daverno is a filler? That one I learnt with Putin, and my guess was that it means: Let me translate you.

Doesn't значит also mean "to mean" something as in что это значит?

Hallo are you Russian ?
Почему ты сказала "встретилась нам" а не "встретила нас" или "встретилась с нами" ? Можешь объяснить, пожалуйста?)
