      1. Electric field start from positive charge and end at negative charge
      2. Surface perpendicular to electric field are called electropotential surfaces
      3. They do not intersect
      4. Varying electricfield produces magnetic field by faradays law

    For Rule 3 ("line density is field strength"), I think what he means to say is: "Field strength is depicted/modeled by line density as a visual aid."

    So, are the magnetic fields made out of positive charges, photons, or what? If so, how does the Electron itself produce one? I get confused. I am trying to understand the nature of the Magnetic field and it's composition.
