Its as if APs pure existence nowadays has allowed DTG to not advance in TS classic to the point of abandoning it haha
What an absolute insult. Take this from a frequent class 700 passenger. First the rubber lining at the doors is missing, door chimes are inaccurate, the outer frame width at the door is too small compared to real life, flooring detail is nonexistent, window panel lining is bad, the moquette lacks the shiny swishes on a navy blue field. But that was not the worst part. The motors are PATHETIC!! A real life 700 motor starts of with an F pitch whine and the motors are located in multiple carriages. The initial whine was too high and only heard it near the front & the rear of the train. I feel for you yawwie. This was beyond comical! Honestly, I think newer means s@#ttier as most of the modern products don't hold a candle to the older products in terms of quality.
Tbf you don't really need to review the extent of how bad the sounds are as they're just recycled as per usual lol. The model is also apperently based off the Class 700 mock design or prototype from what I've just found out, which again is another massive violation. Plus don't just feel for me. Feel for everyone else who have to put up with this as well. Both DTG and Jordi should be ashamed
As a person who has recently been travelling on these trains, it is such an insulting pile of garbage. Having incorrect sounds is one thing, but being simulated with the worst acceleration physics since the Class 150/1, and an external model which honestly poor to say the least really just takes the biscuit... How much time were the team (and more importantly MKS given) to make this pile of shite? Shocking to say the least...
its pretty clear that dtg dont care about the old game anymore, sound and physics wise at least, yeah the models alright but it was probably done for a tsw addon and has just been ported to the old game first

That Pantograph looks horrible, that sounds are horrible, the interior looks dark and miserable, but the model is 10/10, but whoever made this train good job but fix the interior lighting and that Pantograph they could of at least took some details of the Class 800 Hitachi Pantograph which is basically the same thing the Class 700 uses.
This is an all time low christ above 😂 I feel bad for anyone whose favourite train is the 700 Then again it's not my favourite (700s are still good) but even I am disgusted 💀

I used DC with no Pantograph up on MML at St Albans City. Worked fine with the 450 sounds.
