  • Thanks to ‪@DorotaGodby‬ for sparking this conversation!
    Points discussed:
    * An antidote to the depth-junkie phenomenon: Extreme Boundary Artist
    * Temporary constraints as a strategy for overwhelm
    * Explore the impatient side of you (expect to get to the point quicker).
    * Every step creates a different horizon ("the swamp can turn out to be a mirage, a mountain turns out to be just a hill, so "what's the next STEP?")
    * No matter what, somehow life takes care of us and will continue to do so: trust that you'll have another chance at it if it matters enough.

I love what you said about-every step you take the landscape changes.

Definitely a “depth junkie.” I thought it was a fire hose… it’s more like a mole or prairie dog, digging under and sometimes past, where I desire to get to/ connect with folks.
