Operation T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E. is suspiciously similar to The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy episode "Tricycle of Terror",where Billy gets a possessed tricycle. The Central Bike Hub really is something, it looks like it might be in a redwood tree, which implies it could be in California. Numbuh 10-Speed is a pretty cool character. Operation C.R.I.M.E. is a parody of Minority Report. The "psychic" kid is indeed voiced by Richard Horvitz, though this performance reminded me more of Invader Zim personally. Operation P.A.R.T.Y. is a great episode. It's interesting to see The Delightful Children rely on the Kids Next Door for help for once. The Upper Crust is a real rock band, which Mr. Warburton is a personal fan of.
If I had a nickel for every time a Cartoon Network show parodied Christine with a tricycle instead of a Car, I’d have 2 nickels, which isn’t a lot, but how weird that it happened exactly twice (Operation: Tricycle in this show, Tricycle of Terror in Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy). There’s my version of the Dr. Doofenshmirtz “Doomed by a Puppet” 2nd dimension meme.
