Every few months I always go back to watch this, I first saw it over a year ago and it's still my favourite fan video on youtube! It's weird to look back at my old comments when I was newish to the fandom.

every time I watch this video I end up shaking and crying like a baby. I don't know why I do this to myself. I think its just so I can remind myself that harry potter is a permanent part of me. my heat will always be affected by these books and movies no matter how many years pass.
4 years later and the feeling is the same I can't get over how much this 3:43 video makes me feel just growing up watching this movies understanding it more as I grew and still grow and seeing from having to give you everything for a war he never asked to fight in or any of them and how much he's gave for it died for it just makes me crying seeing him this innocent young boy and now this strong adult. The movies and books may have ended but it will never end in our hearts so long as we never stop watching or reading.

I love her as a fan, the woman who brought her so gracefully to life (she is my favorite actress other than Jennifer Lawrence who also has terrific acting skills). Not sure I have a favorite non fiction character..so many traits people love are from characters created for fantasy and fiction.
The whole thing made me tear up a little, but I ultimately broke down crying when the first movie to last movie comparison came up. This is just brilliant.

That last part man... They're all grown up. I remember when I read the first book, I wasn't able to realise how much those books will help me in the future. I get all teary-eyed and I start shaking at the end of this video. This video is a pure masterpiece. "Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home".
This is beautiful. Truly, it made me realize how completely phenomenal of a writer JKRowling is. She created this world that so many of us get list in. The characters that are from her own mind are the characters that we will go to the grave loving. We are not just part of a a fandom, we're apart of a way of life. Whether you physically take action in doing it or it rests in the back of your thoughts, waiting to be awakened, we're in this world together. We came together but only by a wonderful story. I will be phenomenal like JKRowling one day.

Yup, so after 5 years and almost 2.5 million views, RUclips has muted the video. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's a whole lot I can do about it. Obviously I don't own the footage so I'm not sure how a copyright claim would go. I also made this video on a laptop that died a long time ago and I'm unsure if I have the original file to upload this on another video hosting site. I’m 22 now and for some reason today I thought about this video to this song, so came to good old trusty RUclips and found it again - I’m in tears, actual tears! You can't even say "Christians" in general because of all the different Protestant types, but I know that the Priest at my Catholic school and my teachers enjoy and have read at least some of Harry Potter. You may have misspoken, because Christians, (most groups, as I know,) value Harry Potter as entertainment. What we don't believe, however, is the firm belief in "magic," which can lead to Atheistic or other principles. I like to joke about the magic of Harry Potter, and when we, (Catholics) say magic, we mean not the Hogwarts "magic", but the life on which the story has taken.
