Yeah he's like 1% of the meta you can go months without seeing him, then see him three times in a day. Not really a card you can plan around.

In this game has a rules if u want to win : 1. Bring card which can change location2. Always fill any locations at least 6 powers to prevent Galactus3. Always try to get priority to prevent Alioth
