Thanks for sharing this tutorial, but I am. Bit perplexed by the measurements and the diagram. The diagram shows 8x10 as the measurement, yet the stripe is only 1.5 x 6 or 2 x 6. The diagram displays the strip running the full length of the diagram, so I am confused as to what happened to the additional 2 inches.
Often in quilting the batting and backing fabric is larger than the top. This gives wiggle room until a quilt is “squared up” (the trimming process before binding). Unfortunately, I think all of the Beverly’s stores are gone. The one near me disappeared quietly several years ago.
If you have the measurements and can post them someone can possibly recreate this for others to share. There are many patterns out there this one is just simple and cute.

a tip : you can watch movies at kaldrostream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
