The New York Polyphony - our signature cocktail

To celebrate New York Polyphony's TENTH ANNIVERSARY, master mixologist Shannon Healy, owner of the acclaimed craft cocktail bar Alley Twenty Six in Durham, North Carolina, created a cocktail in our honor.
Introducing, The New York Polyphony.
Shannon Healy explains:
"Four singers, four liquors. The base is rye, in honor of New York's long history with the American whiskey. The other spirits deliver old world (early music?) flavor and, in the case of Chartreuse, a bit of piety. Appropriate for New York Polyphony's eponymous cocktail."
