followed your method only and successfully done my father's YLC done last week that too at late night . Btw the Sparsh has updated the YLC yesterday only with bearing Jeevan Praman id number .So it'll take atleast 3-5 business day for updated YLC .

Sir, Sparsh should acknowledge DLC immediately after receiving it as "Your DLC received and is under process". This acknowledgement gives great relief to pensioners. After receiving, Sparsh can take their own time to process it. Thank you. I submitted my DLC from my mobile, but still not appearing in sparsh website. No change in status also. I don't know whether sparsh has received it.

Team sparsh is very weak and slow. I submitted a request to update my mother's PAN in Sparsh website in the month of July 2023. It's still pending.

JaiHind sir kripaya 2 problem ka samadhan dijiye. Jeevan praman life certificate jama karte wakt face detection ke success home k baad error in server aaraha hai. Aur mere dost ko ek mail aya hai ki your life certificate is successfully done by jeevan praman but it will remain pending unless you visit pension service centre.
