Ah yes... The Devour of Frames. This fight has this annoying mechanic where it makes you move more on platforms than in the air, or he will just dash fast AF at you.
My best advice for this fight (and future fights for that matter) is to make a house on top of the work so so can quickly teleport with recall potions.
The day i see a 3 hour long sipho terraria video is the day i ascend.

I recommend getting an item called the normality reactor. It’s basically an upgraded rod of discord that you can set a key bind for. It’s mega useful.

You can make the normality relocator with the rod of discord so you can telleport with a keybind instead of having to swap to it mid fight

Fun tip, if you buy the pogo stick from the party girl and use it really quick it goves you a TON of downard momentum so you don't have to get boxed due to up and down movement

An easy way I learnt to dodge those crossing pattern beams is to place a portal with the portal gun away from the fight and hang around the second portal so you can teleport away from the beams.
This playthrough makes me cry sometimes lol, so to keep me from sobbing here's 2 tips to consider...
1: Stick together more, the bosses seem to come out of nowhere because they switch aggro sometimes and if you're too far apart, that'll get you killed tons of times
2: Your minimap is going to be crucial for all but the 2 final bosses (excluding jared) I'm not sure if you did have your mini map hidden or not but just in case keep that on for fights :>
I hope some of these help, as someone who has been where you are I feel you lol, godspeed as always true terrarians!!

I was gonna say a tip for seeing D.O.G is by using tab so your map is in the background so you can see where he is at all times. But I doubt you’re gonna go back to this mod after the playthrough

Hey I have played a lot of modded multiplayer and to reduce lag I suggest that you get rid of most things in the magic storage and reduce the amount of storage. I usually have around 600 items at most

Btw I saw you had the rod of discord, if you throw it into the shimmer it will become the rod of harmony which means you won't take damage when you use it
On every fight you will have after this I suggest having the map open not the mini map not the actually map the faded map that covers your whole screen it allows u to know where the boss is and if its charging.

you can craft Ceaseless Hunger Potion that buff causing all items within the world to be sucked up by the player over a course of ten seconds including the hearts, good luck on the S.C and Exo mechs dude another awesome video

Hey if you want to get stuff from dungeon enemys you can make a farm undergrounf then replace the floor with dungeon blocks and the back wall with dungeon walls to spawn them
