What a great architect! ... Someone who actually takes the personalities and history of his clients into consideration when designing their house! That is really lovely. Rather than imposing his own ego needs. I am very impressed.
The location and the house are absolutely stunning! Well done both to the couple and to the Architect & Building Team. Fabulous! Less than £1m is a total bargain.
Lovely couple, perfect location, jaw dropping house, great team. New Zealand used to be paradise until the violence at Albert Park. Now it's tainted. But perhaps away from the madness NZ is still heaven.
Well, people think that a modern house ought only to have modern furniture in it, but then it just looks like a showroom, like it was 'bought off the rack' and impersonal. A real home is 'curated' .. it has a personality distinct from any other.
What I personally think is why will they not learn , why do we not learn, history. We study history to learn not todo things the same way all the time. COVID was only the beginning but it is called sars ..
