Stayed till the end, nice tour! And interestingly the price is comparable to a two bedroom in U.S. , you certainly get a beautiful huge amount of space for an awesome deal!
Right, but remember, how will you make that money over in the Gambia?! Prices of food and shelter are great but making the money to spend is another story.
@@daughterofmosthigh8074 agreed however it depends on what stage of life you might decide to go. If you for instance, are going at retirement age, and throughout your life were able to maintain a debt free lifestyle, and actively contribute to a retirement fund, and make the appropriate investments to continue to generate passive income, then this property might fair well for you at that point in time, but I do understand what you are saying.

It’s crazy how I’ve seen the prices hike over the last year. That’s $1,875/mo. I’ve never paid that much in America. I wonder if they just quoted you that price bc they figured you’d bring in Americans with “money”. That’s egregious.
As I watch more African videos throughout Africa some of the costs are higher than what we pay in the U.S. even in the big cities.
