Totally agree with all of this! I do find Secord to be a *bit far away but definitely very affordable for first time homebuyers 🎉

I just noticed a couple of things 😉, but the main thing is when the video cuts to the garage door opening during the Terwillegar town section of the video, there is nothing there. I think you meant to put a price range up on the screen so that people had an idea of the price point in that neighbourhood :)
