If these dealers want the sales, they need to treat you with due respect which includes full access to the unit, A/C, etc. How they treat you is a model for how they will treat us.
I hope the dealers read the comments. They are on display as much as the motor home. I echo DB’s comment. If they don’t understand what an advertising bonanza you are, not only will they miss sales but get a bad rep, too. Your viewers are the buyers they are looking for.
Just bought this coach's big brother a couple of weeks ago. The XLT 45A. Can't believe how smooth it is on the highway. Cargo capacity is crazy at over eleven thousand pounds, and a 15K towing capacity to boot! Glad to see the new product lines you're showcasing. Keep it up, I already bought but I'm still watching.

Beautiful looking motorhome but missing the mark on a few items in this price range. Soft close upper cabinets but not on the lower cabinets or drawers . No cover for the induction cook top. No hose reels for water or power cord. Bottom of the tv looks like it would be blocked by the high backed couch.
Great detailed review from Matt and Jen. Hope future videos the dealers give you guys the ability to view the coach slides in, slides out, awnings in and out. Plus full power to the coach. Regardless of my complaints I still give the video two thumbs up!!!! I think they gave the best review the could for what they were given.
The cabinets are beautiful, but then I'm older. I love white too. I think I like these because they are more medium dark to me and I love the details on the doors.
I know if it creates a feel that's good then it's good. Latest and greatest technology.😍that's the name of the game.

And I agree, the dark cabinets work well because of the light interior colors. Also like the huge layout and extra space throughout. I would never, never ever purchase a model with a radius shower.
Thank you Gerzeny`s. For your access to your inventory. Perhaps in future you will allow full access to your products. Such as being able to open and close slides, outside tvs, operation of bunk over the cab and the digital dash. Perhaps you may whish to have a salesperson present to operate them. And make sure the units features are accurately given. And demonstrate any new or special features.
Thanks Matt and Jen. So the Berk XL has a 15K towing capacity not a 10K and it's because they put disc brakes in the rear (all 4 corners are disc) and they beefed up the rear axle. Some things you missed are the removable work station that stows away to the right of the passenger seat, heated floors, triple 15K air conditioning, and the unique water manifold system in the wet bay. DISLIKE for me was no power reel but I had my dealer add one.

Nice coach! Needs hose and cord winders, cover for the stove, and a ladder for the back. Love the wood cabinetry, the cargo capacity and ceiling fan in the bedroom.
Love it when the mfg puts the black & gray dump in the same bay as fresh water filter.
JUST BOUGHT THE 40C AND LOVE IT. I ORDERED IT BACK IN MARCH 2021 AND GOT IT AUG 2021, SPECIAL ORDER, I GOT A PUL PULL OUT COUNTER TOP THAT THEY NO LONGER OFFER AND FLAT MATT CERAMIC FLOORS WITH THE GREY COUNTER TOP AND DARK CHERRY WOOD,

Dislikes: dark wood, traditional dinette, cramped toilet area.
Hey Matt. A dishwasher but not a power cord reel…would much rather hand wash vs manually storing a frozen power cord in Feb ( or even any other month of the year. That would have to be a FREE dealer add for a coach approaching $400k. Would also hope Berkshire has separate customer service. I had a horrible experience with FR service back in my toy hauler days. Be safe and continued good luck with new venture!

I think this would be good for full-timers. I don't mind the radius shower. Love the kitchen and especially the dishwasher.

I must say the interior looks fantastically modern and the coach seems to go on forever. Love it
This was a SUPER nice home, but it has a price tag to match, which I'm not sure would leave any leftover money to put in the safe you referenced. HA! I love the fact that it was ALL Electric, had a stackable washer and dryer, and really like the contrasting color scheme. Would have liked to see the shower more like you guys suggested, and would like to have had a regular oven, even if it meant not having the dishwasher. VERY Nice home over all though.

Hey Matt and Jen, thanks for the review. I like that Jen knows the lingo! Also like the TV on the televator, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, and the dishwasher and fireplace. I'm not crazy about the darker cabinets, induction cooktop or radius shower! Keep on keepin' on!
Drawers and overhead storage is very shallow. Love both TV locations.
I'm with Derrick.. If I was 10 years younger maybe... It's truly an apartment on wheels, very nice.
Just what you need in Ft Myers, Florida, a fireplace heater! 😂🤣😂 You were in my neck of the woods, and yes, it’s HOT!!! Great review as usual.
Almost forgot, a big dislike for me is the small cabinets over couch. What would even fit in there? And minimal kitchen counter space. If I had a huge fridge like that I’d want to do lots of cooking. Need counter space to really cook.
Love the washer/dryer and the bed. Agree those TP holders need to be moved.
Beautiful Coach. Only 1 real dislike: Square sink - getting the bottom corners clean is impossible.
Really like the dark wood. To me, it gives depth. The white contrast is everything. I disagree with Matt on the half bath. It looked pretty spacious to me. Even the dastardly shower looked spacious. Beautiful motorhome. Even better minus the carpet.
I can't wait to build a relationship with these dealers they have no idea what they have with you you're a gold mine free advertisement come on this way you get the keys so you can do the slides in slides out and for further reference it would be really nice if he told us the water tank capacity and the amount of batteries and what kind of batteries just saying these are necessary things we need to know

This was a great unit to review.
Nice pusher but I am not a fan of camp side slides. I know I am weird but bending over to get something in the storage bays is a pain. We keep our chairs, foot rests, side tables, Blackstone stuff like that. It's nice just to be able to open the bay without bending. I don't like radius showers either but at least that one looks bigger.
Couldn’t agree more on the camp side slides. Makes storage access a pain, reduces awning size and is just in the way while hanging outside.

Great job Matt and Jen! This us a great Rv just a little tight in the shower and the couch bed where an adult can sleep there. I love the back splash and theater seats across from the tv. The wood color is great too. Thank you Matt and Jen.

It’s always tough…no slide tray you get more storage…if you have a slide tray…easier to load/unload cargo
What about that outside bay? Was it the cord not being on a reel? Matt please when you see something outside just go ahead and say it-I am certain it is something we all need to hear.
Maybe next time mention the soft close storage doors.

For this price point, you are close to Tiffin Phaeton territory. No comparison in quality.
The tv should have been place on the opposite side and switch the couches so that the dinette people could see the tv too. Otherwise, nice rig.

I think a dislike would be no wardrobe.....no you missed it (them). Thought it was a very nice unit until I saw the radius shower and price......Jen finally saved you....LOL!
Likes: CCC, stackable washer/dryer, mammoth kitchen Dislikes: MSRP, virtually no storage under the bed, tight toilet area.
Opened every cabinet and storage are in the coach but never showed the generator!

I always wonder why the TV is positioned like that because the people on the sofa and at the dinning table can't see it.

Dislikes- small shower, narrow space for toilet, no ladder to roof.
Likes- dark cabinetry, drivers cockpit, porcelain tile flooring, alot of wardrobe space.
Did you have the AC on on the video? Does it not cool off the unit? For 400,000 you shouldn't be sweating Matt aka the R.V.🐐

That shower is unacceptable though. A Forest River Impression at 1/5th cost has a shower that passes the test. Not sure how a $400K msrp diesel pusher has a radius
Mine has 2 radius showers. For the percentage of the time I'm in the shower I'm glad to save room for use somewhere else.
Great review... the radius shower blew it... for that length .. and that price point... Berkshire could of done better. But still a very posh unit.

I'm not going to hate this RV because it has no ladder on the back the way those ladders are made with those plastic they oxidize especially in Florida to eat heat and they break really easy down you go you break your ass a ladder is safer put on the side of the building and the RV in an angle that's my input on the ladder
as a guy,, if i am spending over 350k on an rv,,i better be able to spread eagle in a pooping position.. thats all im saying..
Do any manufacturers make the RV equivalent of a mother in law suite for towing behind a Class A or Class C?

At this price point.... should have an auto electric cord & more counter space. Fireplace looks out of place.
