Q1) whats the name of the song?
A1) the cronicles of narnia - the battle
Q2) Is this a mod?
A2) No, it's an official expansion pack.
Q3) how do you get paratroopers?
A3) you can call them with the special ability of radiomen.
Q4) how can i get radiomen?
A4) you can get them in the scenario editor and some
campaign levels
Q5) what recording program did you use?
A5) i used fraps, it can be downloaded on fraps.com
Q6) how do you get the camera on the ground?
A6) just scroll down with your mouse or use page down.
Q7) how do i get such a powerfull nuke?
A7) in the scenario editor you get upgrade the stats of all
your units, just spawn a unit and click on their stats to
improve them.
Q8) where can i get the expansion AoC?
A8) buy it in a local store or on Good old Games. The Gold Edition has this expansion pack included.

man. my first and fav rts. this brings back so many memories. i heard that "we under attack" and my heart skipped a beat and my eyes jumped to the minimap.

1) Is there a move-attack function?
2) Does unit appearance change according to culture? In other words, are there Japanese legionnaire-looking swordsmen?
I forgot how ridiculously funny the dying sounds are in this game. Definitely a classic!

I really liked that too. Of course I play mostly without cheats, but from time to time It's nice to be an immortal god and just screw around with your unlimited power. I just wish more modern games had this kind of freedom. Most games don't have things like scenario editors or cheats anymore.
Man this game was fucking awesome in its time, one of my favorite childhood games.

these scenarios are verry well made. what game recorder did you use? i use zd-soft and whenever i move the mouse cursor while its recording it plays back all weird.your game recorder doesn't seem to have this problem
Me too. EE2 is more detailed, complex, in depth (harder), better graphics, etc. But EE1 is "funner". I like the increased population cap mod. Raises the population cap to 13,000 units! :-D

A game development team should make another 4x RTS like this, a mixture of Empire Earth and Rise of Nations (the original). It would probably be one of the best RTS games ever made.

Just for future reference if you press full stop whilst you have a unit selected then the camera will follow that unit.

nice. ive been addicted to this game for a while. this really is brilliant!
& BTW, I never cheat when playing ANY games VS human opponents. Against the PC, I like resource/fast build cheats/trainer because I love to build huge cities/bases, almost like "SimCity" w/armies, LOL. 2 Things I always loved & looked forward to in RTS/War games, (ever since I played S.S.I.'s "Wargame Construction Set" in 1985) is Map/Scenario editors & Expansion Packs. I love them! You can get really creative w/maps. Anyway, I'd really love to play EE online. Let me know if you're interested

1) No, you cannot give troops attack move command in EE1 but in the scenario editor you can create a trigger that makes a unit attack move towards specified object or area
2) No, this game doesn't have that kind of aspect.
I think that the 2 dimensional approach to space is really wonderful, but they should have included some simple thing like an atmosphere.

Oh this is the game that I used to played not long ago while I'm still studying..now I remember..Great video!!! I'd played a mission with black prince if i not mistaken
dude this game was the best. i occasionally liked to use a cheat to screw around but mainly i liked to challenge myself against 2 or more AIs on hard.
there are custom servers that were made, alongside a custom lobby. I just played some EE multiplayer again yesterday. :)

You can create your own scenarios in the Scenario Editor. It can be found in the main menu.
They should release a remake with the same gameplay experience, EE 2 and 3 were nothing compared to this beautifully designed game and story, long life to EE1!
I absolutely love this game, both the original and its expansion.I've never played EE 2 or 3, but I've spent so much time on the AoC. Question not answered in the description: What in the world were those last few buildings? They looked like Mech buildings with giant rocket launchers on top!

yep, its just the range of damage, u can do it to anything with spread damage.

i have this game, i still remember when i bought the age of empires 2 , then this one came out and it blew my mind of, but im suck at this game, i can beat at medium, but hard is just like extreamly hard , and beating medium took like ages ,

I don't know, but I think that the space battles are a bit.....Under par. It looks like the planets just drop off like cliffs. I like the Teleport and Watchmen, though.
if Sierra takes EE1 and upgrade the graphics and make some changes in the interface, ee1 would be the best Game Ever (RTSG)
It is the hardest strategy game I have ever played, I played well in other strategy game like Command and Conquer but when I play this game I find that even the first mission in USA campaign is very hard.
this game makes other games look easy - russian campaign, second scenario
but still very good :D

@shoungo1 They sure do! Just look for the Empire Earth Gold Edition - available online, and at most/many software stores for around twenty dollars. The online portion of the game isn't supported by the developers anymore, but almost a decade after the game made its first debut, Empire Earth is still going strong! Cheers to victory, everyone - and great video!
