The first Filipino restaurant in Paris was Aux Iles Philippines ---- established by the doyenne of Philippine cooking ---- Nora Daza. That was in the 70s when I lived in Paris comme boursiere du gouvernement francais ---- I have returned many times to the City of Light ---- I love Paris!

@@HeyoLeah Bonjour, I'll definitely drop by when I arrive in France 🇫🇷 in December, I'm going to visit first my friend in Lyon then to the Normandy coast for the first time the majestic Mont Saint Michel before heading back to Paris.
Alot of the food you ate aren't prepared in the way the Filipinos would typically eat it. It's more like a hybrid prepared in a way to suit French taste.

That fried adobo should've been called kinulob as it is literally the same. Kinulob is poultry boiled in soy based sauce til tender then deep fried.
