Since you were discussing improvement I'll throw my 2p into the ring. Frankly your chess is more than good enough to get above 1500 (stating the obvious since your main account is above and you've reached far higher in the past.) Positional play is fine, the openings work fine. The boring answer is that you've just got to grind tactics. 90% of your games are decided by 1-2 movers. You've got to get your foundation back the level where these are instant, especially if you're playing 10+0. In terms of the blunders sometimes you tunnel vision on your own moves instead of considering what your opponent is doing, I know one of the other commenters suggested digging the checklist back out but I would say the main question is after your opponent moves; what is everything that move does & what is it threatening). e.g. 27:52 did you notice he was threatening to win your queen with Bxe4? 33:52 he's threatening to take something with check, obviously you were low on time but that is something you can see immediately if you're asking the right questions. The other reoccurring problem is tied to the fact that you're making videos. If you get a good position you usually relax and start an anecdote about a piece of 90s media or your diet or some such. This is good entertainment for youtube videos, but if your priority was winning you should stay locked in even in the winning positions. Anyway feel free to ignore my rambling but I think you're a better chess player than you give yourself credit for and the name of the game is just unglamorous tactics tactics tactics.
Talking about grownupness AND castling early without destroying the pawns in front of his king first? Who is this guy and what have you done with Hunty?
Apparently the secret to improving is to not blunder... 😅. (What's the matter? Never seen a hypocrite before? 😂). Seriously though, my heart stopped with rook blunder and my eyes popped out when they missed it.
Thanks!
Thank you, much appreciated!!

Yeah thanks man, I really do appreciate the feedback. Maybe I need to drill puzzles daily, even a puzzle rush survival before my game ;-)
Two wins are two wins are two wins. Not too bad Ben. Thanks.
You are correct.. See, I can't even count! Ha ha.
@ Come on mate don’t sell yourself short, you play some good chess and do a great job of entertaining and informing with your you tube work.
hamburgerbroodje translates to hamburger bun
Thanks man.
Broodje is Dutch for bun. Afrikaans evolved from the Dutch language.
@@mikobatorfi Ya, got it, thanks.
Reminder to turn on pre moves 🤣
Oh yeah, thanks, appreciate it.
Great fun. Perfect antidote to a drab Tuesday morning. Thanks!
You are very welcome, random user.
I don't feel like you use your checklist enough anymore Hunty!
That's a very good point.

Well I'm 52 now, which in hobbit terms means I'm almost grown-up.
You'll have needed a nice cup of tea and a little lie down after that!
You ain't wrong.

Hmm.. Hypocrite??
It's me. I blunder all the time.
@@DaleHawkins Ahh, gotcha 😀
