I still have my muff fuzz which is identical to yours, but missing both jacks and most of the wires. it has been banging around in its various boxes and bins since i was 16..... 44 years of neglect . I've been trying to fine good views of the connection points and details of the layout and found your absolutely perfect video for it ! Thank you so very much ! I am now able to "Resurrect" my old friend Muff Fuzz from purgatory.
This is awesome! I have the 1969 version that's just metal with black writing. Fortunately it works, because when I opened it up, it's just a bunch of components soldered together. No PCB at all. I've considered selling it, but I can't find any for sale online to get a price range for it.
Great work! Got the old black face, orange lettered version I had since the mid 70's. Had my tech replace the original off/on switch with a footswitch and tap it into the power supply of my pedal board. Wonderful!!
Would have made more sense to use it like the Jordan Boss Tone, up at your guitar rather than on the floor. They could have clipped it to their belt or guitar strap.

Hidden gem pedal, great restoration and video.
Steve I love the ending. Hit it! Awesome!
Awesome! The fuzz makes it sound like Jesus and the Mary Chain or My Bloody Valentine!
I must have had an earlier version with two discrete silicon transistors and point to point wiring
