From what this video covers, I figured out how to make a 12-sided, hollow steel column with adjustable heights, top and base diameters (for a tapering profile), and steel thicknesses. Now I just need to figure out the formula for scheduling its weight by steel grade.

Thanks Man... I Created Column successfully and I created Tapered beam by same step in Structural framing beams and braces family but i cant assign connections to the beams or columns that i have created it is showing warning...

to change the video to normal speed just select from the gear button(bottom left) and choose speed to be 0.5

For some reason, I can't keep the right side of my webbing in place... it's strange.
the analytical line for this column is not correct . How to correct that in the family?
This is very informative except for you're too fast to be followed. When making a tutorial it should be step by step to easily understand.
