Thank you. I am trying to create a family for a tapered concrete module beam framing. It would look a bit like yours except the beam tapered on both sides. V shape with flat as this: \_/. what should i then do in this case?

Question: When you make the analytical model of this tapered beam and transfer it to Robot, the Robot software doesn't identify it as a tapered element. What can be the solution you think ? Thanks.

I am not familiar with Robot. I am familiar with Etabs. In Etabs, you can easily model a tapered beam. I would assume its equally easy to model a tapered beam in Robot

Thanks for the good video. When you transfer the tapered beam from Robot to Revit, will Revit recognize it as a tapered beam?
