I'm from Spain and very soon I'll release a video about making food from Spain :) Then, I'll ask my friends (from many countries, Italy included) to make videos like that one, and I'll post them all in one page. That way people will be able to see how Thermomix is super helpful in so many different cultures, or... great for anyone to be able to "travel" around the world.

There's no need to freeze as the salt preserves the paste. If you want to make it with less salt, then it will need to be frozen.
