We usually get honey roast cashews at M and S and if you like the bottle you definitely should have it and maybe indigo ? I envy you the orange sunshine hehe x
You can get the honey cashews from Sainsbury’s, they are delicious xx

honey cashew can normally be bought at food fayres on the olive/continental stalls - very dangerous and expensive. scoops are heavy....

The flask is hardly going to break the bank, at £5.99, is it? . What's wrong with people? It's a necessity in the Summer, too. We never leave the house ,without drinking flasks , at this time of year. As you said " you do you"! It's your money. These hauls are for our interest, NOT for us to feel able to criticise you.
