Definitely the best band of SXSW 2024, absolutely incredible. They are so incredible live. Talked to Rory after the show and told him they are by far the best band around at the moment. I hope that continues to inspire them all to make more great music. My brother will come see you when you play again in London. He is as big a fan as me now. For now I will do my best to spread the word as much as I can about High School. Keep making music guys, you will only get better and better…

Does sound like it to me. Some johnny marr guitar (still ill) and also vocally reminds me a bit of morrissey. Seems pretty obvious. But it feels like a mix of infuences, mostly new wave stuff.
