KB just so you know the band director for Landry Walker is Wilbert Rawlins Jr you can go back when he was the director at George Washington Carver and Sara t Reed been friends with him since the early 80s since we were in junior high he went to Colton I went to Bell and we ended up going to Southern together we should have went up together back in 1988 but I didn't get there until fall 1991 he is one of the better composers / arrangers in the City of New Orleans and been so since we were together at John f Kennedy high School you got a minute go back and look at some of the old videos from 1987 John f Kennedy

SU's Band Directors have talked about changing their arrangements year-to-year b/c the band changes. The "We Are One" arranged for Jukebox 2014 is not exactly the same as the one written for 2019 Jukebox. You must be “fully” vaccinated to participate in any extra curricular activities in the city of New Orleans. Most bands are going thru thru this. Out of towns bands must show proof of vaccination or negative test no older than 72 hrs to participate as well
It’s a rebuilding year for Aug with a new band director one thing about it, won’t be long before they smack all these schools like in the past but LB with the win more polished an there director is amazing only one I think better then him was HAMP
I’m not going to disagree with you but almost any year the AUG isn’t so great most would say it’s a rebuild year. Every school Is rebuilding every year.

All I hear is a lot of screaming and no definition in eithers music. Blow loud on 1!! AS a Saxophone player myself there's no way you can blow puffy cheeks loud and play the correct notes, that's why you play from your diaphragm. Hey it's still cool to see the youth battling though.
