I saw a picture of it from a tweet from Hypixel and I even found it myself! So look around the outside of the Reckless and you'll find it soon enough. (P.S. it's not in the snow)

The Puppet Master Kirk skin is the best out of all 4. Robert's Puppet master skin looks so bad. I mean, the arms look so small compared to the torso, and his legs look too skinny with the shorts. The other 2 are alright I guess. But again, with what they did for Kirk, his was done almost perfectly.
