You got two things wrong. 1- The Tournament of Power was in Dragon Ball Super not Dragon Ball Z. 2- The first wish was not made in Dragon Ball GT, it was made in Dragon Ball, and Oolong was not working with Emperor Pilaf at any point.

Majin buu was wrong it was kid buu who got crushed they are different kid buu is when majin buu got separated from super buu aka evil buu so kid buu died but we see majin buu in super also in manga it said kid buu and majin buu are different
