I'm still listing to this now.. Stevie Hyper D, The man was next level when it came to his sector in jungle.. he kept it so simple but with sutch detail, it brought so much to the table, the man was incredible and pretty unstoppable there is no other way of putting it, his style was second to non and unlike ene other... Even now there is very few MCs that match this level of talent, style and vibe.. even in some of the top ranking MCs today I still don't see the hype, no pun intended. That Stevie brought to the table.. A style now that is almost lost.. that can only be found in the likes of general levi, top cat, Mr Williams and Congo natty, daddy Freddy and tennor fly go rest him.. It's like people don't rate MCs these days.. they are nearly frowned upon. Witch is a dam shame. People don't understand what a good MC brings to the table in a rave. This man.. this man, Stevie Hyper D, people of today could learn alot from. This man helped set a standard and part of the platform and promoter for jungle itself in the UK in the very early 90s.. he helped make it what it is today.. without Stevie Hyper D, we wouldn't have what we have today.. God rest Stevie hyper D so to all those who frown on MCs, can go suck a dick! 👌
I love stevie! Was and still is the best. Pure talent. I like this a lot! And its nice to actually be able to understand his lyrics with crisp production :) a big loss to the music scene.

I think he was versatile he could step on any beats and mash it up!! He was setting the pace for the amount of lyrics and material he was writing. He had his signature lyrics but was always writing new ones and people took note of this. All the MCs that followed him have been directly or indirectly influenced by him. He took double time MCing to a whole another level.
Eksman is beyond any mc today like skibadee shabba navi mc det but Stevie is in another class I don't say that lightly Stevie is the undisputed king or kings
