Lilith not having face and main features was more of a symbolic cause she's practically not in the picture of their lives atm. But if we think about another thing. Lucifer basically took 2 girls from Adam. No wonder he has grudge. Lilith left Adam on her own and got together with Lucifer while Eve wasn't really intentional. Lucifer just wanted to gift them knowledge and he couldn't give it to Adam first cause he already was dating Adams first original girl.

And i don't think that they made her look like this to focalize the scene on Lucifer and charlie, bc from what we know Vivienne never adds a detail randomically they usually mean something, that can be understood at first or not.
It's probably just for mystery. Lilith has been a mystery for so long and is still a mystery for us the audience, we aren't supposed to know anything about her just yet, and also, Charlie doesn't look confused about the woman, more about the fact she was having fun with her dad but was suddenly taken away

That depiction that you said was "Eve" comes up as Charlie was talking about the creation of Adam and Lilith. Which is biblically accurate; in the Bible Eve was not the first woman; it was Lilith who was banished to Hell for being disobedient. So actually yes, that creepy red smiling lady we see is Lilith, and we have not seen Vivzie's interpretation of Eve yet.

Actually if you pay attention to what is said at the very beginning; we haven't seen what Eve looks like. That depiction that you said was "Eve" comes up as Charlie was talking about the creation of Adam and Lilith. Which is biblically accurate; in the Bible Eve was not the first woman; it was Lilith who was banished to Hell for being disobedient. So actually yes, that creepy red smiling lady we see is Lilith, and we have not seen Vivzie's interpretation of Eve yet.
