What if Idea: What if Deku Had the Transform Quirk
where he'd take the form of someone and can even change his voice and even Copy Their Quirks but it won't Be as Strong like the original but he can still train those quirks to make them stronger..
in a odd way he'd have all for one but on a more smaller scale
