Yes if you took a monkey that has been in the wild, out of the wild and did these things, then yes obviously it would be bad for the monkey. But all these monkeys that are in captivity have never been in the wild and would die immediately if they were put into the wild. If you watch Monkey Boo's videos you would see that he is obviously a very happy and well taken care of monkey, and will live a long happy life with his owner Pete.

I've been doing research and watching varying species of monkeys being separated from their family and trapped in a net after jumping into a place they thought was a possible escape route has convinced me that having a pet monkey is not worth the traumatic event that the monkey and it's family would have to endure just for my new monkey friend to be in my arms, wearing a diaper, and being on a leash... Really, the main question would be- did you get her from a breeder in your city or did you just give a company five to twenty thousand dollars where they presumably went out into a jungle and took a wild monkey. Through my research I have not been able to find a monkey breeder in the US who raises monkeys to be used just in the exotic pet trade. Thanks in advance for your time

Occasionally, Cassie may get nappy rashes, so it would be ideal to apply baby powder as well as zinc oxide cream (e.g. Destin) to protect her. I also would advise you to change her very often in which you could use baby wipes (e.g. Pampers, Huggies, Parent’s’ Choice, etc.) as long as they are unscented. You could also cleanse her with warm water 💦 and gentle or mild unscented soap 🧼 as long as they do not have fragrance which could be potentially harmful and harsh due to its strong chemicals 🧪. It is definitely important to visit her veterinarian 🥼 🧑⚕️ often for check-ups 🩺 as well as vaccinations 💉 including rabies. If her nappy rash has not improved (worsens), then take her to the vet 🧑⚕️🥼 to diagnose the problem and he or she may prescribe special topical medications 💊 or ointments to heal her. To determine if she needs changing, it’s best to check her nappy by just peeking through it. If it smells, this will mean that she needs changing.
