@@tangytablets5150 one good reason is that they grow up and become BIG dogs! They already have another, and of course they have a human family to take care of. Hard as it is, giving them up to a great forever family can be the best thing for the dogs and family in the long run. Besides, if you rehome foster animals, it means you have room to take in other needy cases. They're just as deserving. I'm not saying giving them up would be an easy thing to do! Just that usually, it's the best thing to do on the grand scheme of things. Dogs and other animals who've been house trained (not just to be clean indoors but to know what the behavioural limits are inside) stand a *much* better chance of being adopted. So by fostering, you're rescuing dogs, cats, etc, and preventing them being put down. It really is as black & white as that oftentimes.
2:05 never ever let your animals play with socks!! Even though they are puppies now, they will learn to think it's another toy, but just a little bit older and they can easily swallow those socks and they probably won't be able to 'pass' them leading you to have an emergency surgery at the vet hospital! I work at an animal hospital and we get surgeries like that ALL the time, young dogs swallowing things they shouldn't have and needed emergency surgery to remove item. Not cheap either! Only let them play with toys meant for them and their appropriate size! Same with hair-tyes and cats! Sorry to be the Debby Downer on such a precious video. But I just want to spread awareness to those who do not know or realize the dangers of something so simple seeming.

She’s my best friend! I now have two cats and am so happy! We surely need time to grieve, but I feel like adopting a new baby helped me so much, in terms of overcoming my loss. Think about it 💕
They are really sweet puppies. You may be surprised to find yourself fighting tears when it's time to give them up. You didn't realize how attached you have become to them, as they have to you.
They kept Gretel, only Hansel was adopted by another family. And they said at the end they would make playdates with Hansel’s family so the two can still see each other.
I love that your husband is so loving and affectionate with the puppies because there's a lot of men that aren't very affectionate or understanding with dogs. I also love that the whole family loves dogs the way your family loves dogs. Its just awesome. You guys are awesome!!!! P.S. Your little girl is adorable. Best wishes with the new baby too. Please update us on the other puppy too. Thanks for sharing your video. It made my day.
Puppy sibings should not go home with eachother it can cause litter mate sydrome. (Raising two puppy siblings together) As the puppies get older they can become dog to dog aggressive and not bond with their owners... Also they become anxious when separated.
What a lovely couple! They have big hearts. I was glad to hear there will be some reunions for the dogs. Their little girl is one adorable little princess.
I fostered a senior Dachshund for a month, but when the rescue told me I had to start bringing her to adoption events because people were interested in her.., I couldn't imagine anyone else caring for her like I do, so I adopted her... 4 -1/2 years later, and I never regretted it. She's a perfect fit in our family, and we just love her so much.
Sorry but this was sad. I thought they were going to adopt them. That didn't happen so I thought maybe they'll get adopted together. That didn't happen and then no one said anything about the female. 😢
If you listened carefully, you would hear it said 'we will plan play dates.' In other words they kept the female puppy & re-homed Hansel to a family with children who needed him as much as he needed the individual attention. They are good pet-parents. Saw a need & fulfilled it. GOD BLESS!
I disagree with separating them, I would have held off until I found someone that wanted both. I adopted two siblings and they have the best life with each other.
Luckily you don't decide. The most important thing is found them loving home not store with no reason. Dog is responsibility and not every person can have two dogs. Searching for a person who can take both need time. Time to puppy could bond with new owner.
@@oscarreadmore1073 Fostering IS a responsibility along with finding the best home for them, not ANY home. Mental health is just as important as physical health.
Fostering is an awesome thing! We foster and while it's hard to let them go... knowing they're going on to a fabulous new life, and you have a chance to do this for someone else, feels pretty amazing. Our last foster just went to his new home and my seven year old said to me as he left, "I'll miss him, but he's going to a family who will be lucky to have him and he will always walk in my heart." THAT is fostering.
Aww, dad's a big softie. I'm glad you kept one and that you'll be able to have play dates. I totally understand having to separate them, they're going to be BIG dogs!! They're precious, thanks for fostering
When Day 5 happened. I felt that. I told my sis when we got our last puppy that I'll keep him with me for our day 5 (coincidentally) ... gave him back to her the next day :') I needed my sleep LOL. Fast track 6 months later though, he's amazing and healthy
I love that they put animals needs before their own and truly want to find them a home. That’s true unconditional love. To keep them is greedy and is two spaces two other homeless pups can’t have. Truly amazing human beings. 💚
All children she be able to have puppies when growing up for sure. It so sad u had to give one up...they looked so happy being together under your care😒
Wa Wa dogs aren't like that at all, sure they miss their brother or sibling, but they can let go of their mom for example, they can do this too :), they love them very much and that's ehy they organized play dates so they can see eachother, don't say such bad things about the foster parents.
Wa Wa ikr! I commented the same thing of what u said ): every living thing has feelings it’s just like if I lose my sister… that’s how all dogs will feel if it happen to them. If the people really love the dogs, they would keep them all together 😢
Wa Wa very true I feel so happy to know someone loves animals just as much as me :D Most people only care about playing and loving the animals… they never care how they feel. Like when they do not like being tied outside people never think how they would feel if they were tied): everyone should be treated the same!
Wa Wa Not everyone has the money to keep TWO dogs living on the same house, they are foster parents, not adoptive parents, they just let the dogs live with them for a while, get your facts straight and grow up, the dogs will move on too, you should be able to understand that not everyone can do what YOU wantz
Waking up to a pooch in your face is the best way to start any day❤🐶 Kudos to the humans who save a puppy, raise him/her then let the pooch go to a great home...It must be so hard to say goodbye, almost a Sophie's Choice situation..but with happy endings 🤞🐶❤

She’s my best friend! I now have two cats and am so happy! We surely need time to grieve, but I feel like adopting a new baby helped me so much, in terms of overcoming my loss. Think about it 💕
You give your dog love for part of your life
Your dog gives you love for all of their life
So make it a good one for them!
I have a giant English Mastiff named Hank. Omg, I love puppies!!! Who else does?
Dad using both puppies as weights was priceless.
OMG THIS IS SO CUTEE
8 ill
They are really sweet puppies. You may be surprised to find yourself fighting tears when it's time to give them up. You didn't realize how attached you have become to them, as they have to you.
Seriously!!! The title says “dad falls in love!” 😭😭😭 they didn’t keep them! 🤦🏻♀️💔💔💔💔
Why split them up?!?! My biggest regret is we couldn't also adopt our pup's brother when we were getting her. Someone was already adopting him :-(
Puppy sibings should not go home with eachother it can cause litter mate sydrome. (Raising two puppy siblings together) As the puppies get older they can become dog to dog aggressive and not bond with their owners... Also they become anxious when separated.
The family said that the pups developed littermate syndrome, therefore, they had to be separated even though they wanted to keep them both.
What a lovely couple! They have big hearts. I was glad to hear there will be some reunions for the dogs. Their little girl is one adorable little princess.
The dodo bless you for posting videos like this to make our day❤
I fostered a senior Dachshund for a month, but when the rescue told me I had to start bringing her to adoption events because people were interested in her.., I couldn't imagine anyone else caring for her like I do, so I adopted her... 4 -1/2 years later, and I never regretted it. She's a perfect fit in our family, and we just love her so much.
We've all been there, pups sleeping soundly & you don't want to move them lol x
My dad does the exact same thing with every single foster we have. Even if he dislikes the dog, he HAS to be their favorite person.
Sorry but this was sad. I thought they were going to adopt them. That didn't happen so I thought maybe they'll get adopted together. That didn't happen and then no one said anything about the female. 😢
They adopted the female
If you listened carefully, you would hear it said 'we will plan play dates.' In other words they kept the female puppy & re-homed Hansel to a family with children who needed him as much as he needed the individual attention. They are good pet-parents. Saw a need & fulfilled it.
GOD BLESS!
Hats off...don’t know how fosters donut but thank you fosters soo much for what you do!
I disagree with separating them, I would have held off until I found someone that wanted both. I adopted two siblings and they have the best life with each other.
I also have two siblings and I can see how happy they are together thank Jesus Christ 🙌🏼🙏🏼☺️
God bless this puppies to have a better and healthy life once they find a permanent home.
Love your videos! 😁❤
Fact, there is only one kind of puppy problem, not having enough puppies! 😁
Aww, dad's a big softie. I'm glad you kept one and that you'll be able to have play dates. I totally understand having to separate them, they're going to be BIG dogs!! They're precious, thanks for fostering
When Day 5 happened. I felt that.
I told my sis when we got our last puppy that I'll keep him with me for our day 5 (coincidentally)
... gave him back to her the next day :') I needed my sleep LOL. Fast track 6 months later though, he's amazing and healthy
I love that they put animals needs before their own and truly want to find them a home. That’s true unconditional love. To keep them is greedy and is two spaces two other homeless pups can’t have. Truly amazing human beings. 💚
😭😭 I want them both!
Fostering is so wonderful and yet so hard when they leave. I always cry for a day.💔
After 3:43 I'd never be able to let them go! *NO WAY!* GIVE ME! GIVE ME! :D
OMG WHAT A SWEET MAN WITH A WONDERFUL FAMILY !!!!
All children she be able to have puppies when growing up for sure. It so sad u had to give one up...they looked so happy being together under your care😒
That’s not how it works
some kids dont have puppies because they're poor
Aww I'm so sad they were separated 😢
Oh no I thought they would keep them together
Wa Wa dogs aren't like that at all, sure they miss their brother or sibling, but they can let go of their mom for example, they can do this too :), they love them very much and that's ehy they organized play dates so they can see eachother, don't say such bad things about the foster parents.
Wa Wa ikr! I commented the same thing of what u said ): every living thing has feelings it’s just like if I lose my sister… that’s how all dogs will feel if it happen to them. If the people really love the dogs, they would keep them all together 😢
Wa Wa very true I feel so happy to know someone loves animals just as much as me :D
Most people only care about playing and loving the animals… they never care how they feel. Like when they do not like being tied outside people never think how they would feel if they were tied): everyone should be treated the same!
Noah Anthony they organized playdates tho?? stop being such a fool.
Wa Wa Not everyone has the money to keep TWO dogs living on the same house, they are foster parents, not adoptive parents, they just let the dogs live with them for a while, get your facts straight and grow up, the dogs will move on too, you should be able to understand that not everyone can do what YOU wantz
Oh my gosh these puppies are toooo cute for words. I to would of fell in love those sweet babies.
He had a family, YOU FOLKS.
God bless this organization who is taking care of this dog.
He didn’t keep them both. 😔
I feel like siblings should not go to ppl who aren’t willing to keep them together but that’s just my opinion. Why tear them apart after they just bonded🙄.
Lol wtf, they stayed together 30 days, not 30 years.
All puppies are adorable, but these two are off the charts!
I could never foster dogs because I would be a foster failure every time!
To see how much he loved them was so sweet! Awwww...
I love your channel ❤️ could you reply to me it would make my day

Duuude are you the one who burned all the leaves off my trees?? Not cool man
So hard to give up a puppy after you fall in love.
