My other primary equipment is my 30 qt Estella mixer and my 21 cubit foot freezer that I use as a dough fridge using an Inkbird temperature controller. Surprised your channel is so new. I love that you have fresh flowers in the background. Stay at home mom of two looking for a side hustle to earn income for my family so I can be present with my children. I adore flower farming and had a successful first year but this second year hit me so hard with a newborn. I’m shifting gears to bread baking but still intend to sell flowers as I see fit. I’m in the very beginning of planning dreaming and of course recipe testing. Would love to see what resources you used to come up with your recipes, processes, etc. I’m such a fan of technical books but also enjoy watching peoples processes on RUclips.
