He def has a shot in offline tournaments. Shout out to all these great players and the community for supporting them for us to be able enjoy high level content like this.

It's in a weird place BUT crossplay is coming in a few weeks with the Peacemaker update. Don't know much about the desync issue since I personally haven't ran into it (I play about 90 minutes/2 hours every day). I'd say give it til February personally, at least you'll have Crossplay and pray to God the desync issue is resolved by then.
