Tomato is a fruit and in no Indian(as per Ayurveda) recipe, tomato is supposed to be fried until oil oozes out for the base of the curry. And it has been observed that tomato seeds with green leaves can cause stones (accumulation of toxins) in body.
Satisfaction or palak paneer being our favourite we can eat, like if we consider nutrition in everything our own satisfaction or desire to eat something good will fade, so if we do not consider the nutritional value and just eat for our own satisfaction we can eat. Sometimes we should listen to our heart, what it desires to eat, so to me according we should not totally quit eating palak paneer, of course nutrition comes first but sometimes we can put it aside, we all dont want to be too much health stricken.
