I take lysine tablets for canker sores. Some research has shown that the lysine amino acid may prevent them and reduce healing time. I do think they’ve worked for me. since u keep losing things, i recommend one of those alarm things that u can attach to your keys. kinda like a find my phone, but it's an attachment in regards to the sores,, my mom said alcohol mouthwash works. and it does!! within 2 days or so mine are gone! so i totally recommend that!
Hi Dean, I’m sure you know this but just in case, the outside of the mask collects all the germs/viruses and when you’re not using it, depends on the way you keep it those germs can get to the other side and contaminate the inside of the mask. So please, after every use, wash your mask and keep it in a new ziplock bag. That keeps the mask fresh and clean, thus you won’t get breakouts. (be careful with what kind of detergent to use tho) Love from Tokyo❣️

Yes, it hurts, but afterwards its left numb so you can pretty much eat without it hurting (unless you bite it or something 😬). If this is bad then plz tell me but so far I think it’s good

About the kanker sore thing, a lil tip I have is to put salt on it, it stings a little at first but it helps so much! It basically minimizes it and really speeds up the healing process of it! Anyways amazing video love you girlie💖✨

When taking that you should pick some raisins or something with olive oil which contain strong anti-oxidants to prevent some of the damage. Cause liver transplants just aren’t the look sis 😎 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻
I also get super horrible canker sores. I get them on my lips, my gums, my tongue, the roof of my mouth, and even my throat. Sometimes they’re even the size of my thumb nail. I’ve been tested for a ton of stuff, and I’m always negative so literally no one knows why I get them. The most helpful thing I’ve come across was getting them chemically cauterized with silver nitrate at the dentists office. My dentist was basically like “you get really bad canker sores so call me whenever you have a really bad one and I’ll fit you in as an emergency” and it was a lifesaver.
