Alright you madwoman, I had to clear a date on my calendar to listen to this, but I finally made it happen. All I can say is that this is really nothing short of incredible. Yeah, the tunes are great and you play them beautifully, but that's not really a surprise coming from you. It's the way you weave these dozens of tracks together into one cohesive arrangement and make it not sound like a haphazardly tossed together medley of disjointed tracks that really makes this something special (medleys that don't flow well are a pet peeve of mine!). You are meticulously and supremely talented! I choked up a few times from the memories you brought back, I can’t thank you enough for ringing in the anniversary in such a bright and passionate way! Bravo!
I discovered your videos after seeing the Chrono Trigger soundtrack one, and this one is another hit. What I'm impressed most is not just the volume of songs there are but the quality of your arrangements. You capture the songs as I remember them really well. Another thing I noticed is that your left hand is super solid. Really strong rhythmic playing. Though all your playing is really on point. As a pianist myself I've been trying to work through a single collection let alone an hour medley over like a dozen games. Incredible work! You've probably heard this before, but have you considered playing the music from Hollow Knight?
Thank you so much!!!! It helps to work on music you've heard a zillion times before XD spent so much time playing Zelda this wasn't too hard to put together! I do like the music to HK but haven't played the game yet...hmmm
The Zelda series has some of my all-time favorite music in gaming (It's my favorite series overall). This might just be the best Zelda medley on RUclips, and it's an incredible celebration of Zelda's 35th Anniversary. You knocked it out of the park with the track list for this, just about every notable song from each game you played music from is here. Major props for doing this in one go as well, I can't imagine how difficult it must've been to nail it down. Thank you for this video!
Thank you so much!!! It wasn't as difficult as it could have been... I already had all the songs practically memorized from playing the games so much XD

I didn't of this recording but I have an album of an hour's worth of zelda music here: songwhip.com/animalisakeys/relaxing-zelda-piano-collections
From this video I recently recorded: ruclips.net/video/FyzA-m76X7Q/видео.htmlsi=OKiJDpFEyBfTyYXJ
This is absolutely insane. Well done
Thank you :)
I love this video you made. I highly enjoy just listening to you and remembering playing these games as a child over 30 years ago now! Can you play some music from Secret of Mana, a SNES game from 1993. The music from that game is epic and would be a nice addition to your channel. Thanks again, Josh!
I want to play the whole Secret of Mana soundtrack one day, hopefully start on it in the next year! I love that game / OST
This is amazing work! The best Zelda medley I have ever seen.
Thank you so much!!!!

I discovered you through your full Chrono Trigger soundtrack video. You have an amazing talent to do this all in one take. The hours, days, weeks of practice!! What a masterpiece of musical and moving art.
i cant even tell you how many times I gasped when another favorite came on, followed by an equally sad and happy sigh when it was done, but another great piece started! Oh no, how am I supposed to sleep after such a high?
Thanks for listening!!! I had SO much fun with this and I'm so happy you enjoyed it so much!
I've been enjoying this, along with your Chronotrigger and Metroid performances. Bravo! Best Medley ever!
Very very Nice. I feel like i play the game again. You play it so realistic good. Nice job i go listen more of your music. Your music let me feel good. I can listen hours to it.
I suppose you're some kind of Super Saiyan God to play one hour medley in one take 😱😱😱 This is a concert!
Amazing work, no words! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
For me, the songs that touched me are from.... (Ta-daaah!) Adventure of Link 😂😂😂😂 I have a love/hate relationship with this one since I was teen, a very long story. Aaaaand.... I miss one track! 😜 : ending credits from A Link to the Past. For me, it's the most special Zelda song 😌 (well, it's the mail theme played in a different mood, so it has no sense to include it)
Very impressed by your work, and thank you for the music 🙏🏻
Hahaha thanks for watching this! I had so much fun playing all these tunes that get stuck in my head all the time anyway XD I'll have to check out the ending credits to ALttP I don't remember how it sounds lol
The transition into Gerudo Valley was so beautiful, I thought all of them was beautiful up until this point, but the Gerudo Valley performance was especially special to me. Beautiful.
Thank you!!! Coming up with transitions was the most fun I had making this haha
@@AnimalisaKeys haha yea

These medleys make my mornings!

I gotta say there's no doubt in my mind that this was a 100% your best video yet! You've really put in perspective just how much I love the Zelda series and I really really enjoyed this so thanks for that!! It's so impressive you've managed to do this whole thing in one go and make it sound so good! Your talent knows no bounds and I'm excited to keep watching your videos! :D
Wow!!! You did so well!! The BotW ones are tricky 'cause you don't hear them often enough in the game... some of my favorites you only get to hear once or twice in bits and pieces :/ And thank you so much for watching the whole thing! I appreciate your support and kind words :)
@@AnimalisaKeys Haha thank you! I agree about the soundtrack of Breath of the Wild, some songs stuck more and some just went right over my head haha.
You are meticulously and supremely talented! I choked up a few times from the memories you brought back, I can’t thank you enough for ringing in the anniversary in such a bright and passionate way! Bravo!
Thanks for watching! I'm glad I could bring back some nostalgic memories, I definitely have a lot from these games
This is amazing! I bet you were exhausted by the end! Very nicely done! The transition from SS to BOTW was awesome!
Thank you XD I had a lot of fun with the transitions! I was pretty tired...
Well...I honestly have no words. This was just impressive as hell.
Thanks! It was fun to put together
Marvelous, girl!
Wow, this is just absolutely amazing. Huge congrats! This should be the most viewed thing on RUclips, cmon algorithm, do your job!
Hahaha thank you!
Do you sell your arrangements? This and your Chrono Trigger arrangements are amazing, I'd love to play them myself!
No, sorry I don't. This Zelda stuff was pretty improvisatory, and the Chrono stuff I just had a rough outline for what I actually played
Still rocking this on all of my work playlists.
Dope AF. Thank you ❤
Thanks for listening!!
You are very talented! Very good job!
Thanks!
que performance!! lo adoro!!
❤️
Yes!
Utterly wonderful in all respects! This is nostalgic, nuanced, adventurous, exciting, captivating, and superbly arranged and performed! Bravo!!!🧙♂️🧝♀️👏👏👏💗
I've listened to this three times straight through today while working. Just amazing!
I picked up Piano about a month ago and have been taking lessons. Videos like this keep me practicing daily. Thank you for posting it!
Dang, I really appreciate that! Stay consistent and you'll see progress in no time :)
Beautifully done.
Thanks :)
I LOVE this.
This brings back the old memories, 10:45 . When I take annual leave from work, I am going to play link to the past,
I had forgotten what the end of NES Zelda sounded like. I had forgotten how much like Mario it sounded. ☺️ And the rest was beautiful, although I never played any other Zelda beyond NES. 🤦♂️ I know, I lived a deprived life. ☺️
I give you a 10 out of 10. 🎹
Thank you, and yeah both were composed Koji Kondo which is funny cause they are such a different style of game!
@@AnimalisaKeys Wow, you have dropped some knowledge on me this morning. ☺️ Speaking of Mario, will we get to hear any NES Mario tunes from you? (The Super Mario 2 duet y’all did was amazing 🤩 )
