I have a Sage BBE and I arrived at the dosing funnel with a homemade cork/acupuncture needles as the best prep with the Normcore tamper, an IMS basket with a 2 inch hole punched filer paper disc at the bottom (James Hoffmann hack) = no channeling.
Your tamp wasn't level. Because the spring isn't there to level the plate over the basket rim. You can see this @3:18 Not criticizing you - just pointing it out in case you haven't noticed.
Went to your website and couldn’t find a WDT. It looks like you are using a 3D printed one. Is there a place to buy something like that for a good price without a 3D printer?

get acupuncture needles from amazon and just use a cork or something
@@chadgregory9037 100% this is the way to go! Why pay so much for a 10c piece of 3d printed plastic and 20c worth acupuncture needles?
I had the same experience with the Normcore wdt. Complete waste of money. Straight on eBay
