Thanks Marco! They are Jinhao 992 with different nibs, I did thought buying one to a friend of mine from Sicily ( named...yes Monteverde!! Ja,ja,ja!!) but then I saw that they were really Chinese fountain pen with new brandishing... They play with our prejudices , we tend to think that western things are much better than eastern ones...where most of things are now made it! So...they sold us "western" fountain pen, at very much western prices, but they are really made it in China. But , in not to much time, thinks are going to come back to the times of your very illustrious homonymous... And eastern products ,from China, will be very much appreciated again.

And that it’s a positive point for Monteverde, but check the Baoer 051 and the Monteverde Impressa...One go for 1.50€ and the other for 50€...some little time ago(5-6 years) Chinese were making very uninspired f.p. ,and at the same time producing for western brands (I suspect...) , now, Oh la ,la! They are sending rockets to Mars, and...they get to the nick of how produce beautiful and inexpensive f.p. (don’t think ,both things are related, but...). Ja,ja,ja!
the crazy thing is the west is doing the prejudices towards themselves that allow the chinese copies to be appreciated, and honestly, coming from lower prestige 3rd world eastern, asian country myself, Jinhao, Baoer, Hero, they make great copies for fraction of price and its somewhat admirable step that they mostly make pens that actually work, look nice to some degree, but of course, I'm going back to the people who can actually make nibs that make the rest of the pen worth the price. Chinese did get to nick about how to make things well and cheap, say, Tesla got the boot after setting shop in china and they got all the tech packages they don't care about international regulations, fountain pens? just body and injected name would allure so many people to shell out money(Esterbrook body is also made in china now) :))

Ottima recensione,forse sei stato un po' troppo buono però! È una copia 1:1 della Sailor fatta dalla Jinhao. ma ha 3 pennini quindi ci sta! Grazie per la recensione!
ho l'impressione che, oltre alla forma, conti anche il trattamento o la serie di trattamenti termici che probabilmente, per motivi di costi, non sono più effettuati. e la flessibilità è andata a farsi benedire.
Più precisamente è la versione rebrendizzata della jinhao 992 (che è appunto la copia della sailor)... ma con un packaging e dei pennini decisamente migliori della cinese. Ho comprato diverse Monteverde Monza, ma quando mi si ruppero dei pezzi ho potuto prendere la jinhao 992 e semplicemente sostituire la veretta col marchio monteverde... e tadaaa come nuova!
oramai non sai più cosa compri, da chi lo compri e se prezzo e qualità sono congrui. stesso discorso che siano penne stilografiche, capi d'abbigliamento, automobili o cos'altro. ma forse è stato sempre così e ci pensiamo solo ora.
