I was a single pastor until I married my wife in 2023. I didn’t have the issues he addressed butI had plenty of mothers, grandmothers, aunts and cousins attempting to fix me up with their relatives. I was able to date my now wife discretely quietly and without church membership interfering. When I did announce our engagement my membership was excited because they knew I had been a disciplined man and pastor.
I find myself wondering if I even wanna marry a woman who was raised in church. Not that she shouldn’t be saved now, I’d prefer it if she is saved now, but raised in church as a child? That’s another conversation.

He is very hostile, there is a way to address something without offending people, I am involved in ministry and being single individual, I am always approached by those who seek a relationship, and I would kindly decline respectfully, with gentleness, the Bible says do everything in love and harsh words one can bring fire to a city but kind words can calm the hearts and smooth the soul, too many times people allow there position to dictate there character to talk down to others as if there more valuable then those they are leading and teaching, while forgetting the same ground there feet is touch is the same as mines, being human is easy until someone feels they are floating above the rest smh, humility over humiliation

the Bible was written a culture strongly dominated by men. Women often had no say in whom they would marry. If a man showed up at her dad's doorstep with dowry price, he could basically buy her hand in marriage whether she liked him or not. I do agree with the second part of what you wrote. Paul looks at singleness as the more favorable option for ministers. The single person cares only for the things of God.

You're claiming the Apostle Paul was single but scripture doesn''t tell us that. He was a member of the Sanhedrin Counil and a requirement was that they be married. Whether he left his wife to follow Jesus or his wife died, we're not told. I think we need to be careful not to draw conclusions unless it's clearly stated in scripture.
Paul wasn't a pastor but an evangelist (an apostle). His role wasn't too shepherd a church but to help start churches by preaching, then move on to next town to do the same again

Pastor YPJ is a great pastor & very caring and loving towards his members and he keeps it real with us! As a single woman who sits in this church I felt no way when he addressed that situation because it didn’t apply to me because that’s not what I go for, if someone did feel a way then a hit dog will holler. He spoke a great word that day and you’re just going off of a small clip of him addressing something happening in his church body & deflecting from the word he delivered 😢 We stand behind pastor YPJ ❤️
Please look at the time stamp on the video regarding his sharing of his divorce, etc. Pastor, YPJ is not a perfect man of God, but neither are those who are ripping this video to shreds. He's an awesome man of God and Prophet of God from what he's displayed in his walk/conduct. He's as humble as they come, and he's sharing his past to help someone else not make the same mistake. You can only divorce if your spouse commits an affair with another person. That is the only way a person can divorce adultery within a marriage only. If you divorce for any other reason, you must remain single, until your spouse passes away and then you can remarry.
Pastors can't restore themselves. They need timeout to be restored by godly leaders. No one's spiritual enough to be restored after a fall by being the victim and lawyer, judge himself.

5:23 I respectfully disagree with this video. It's a misrepresentation of the person it's about. I’ve seen the 2 videos and understood his reasoning. The service about the woman claiming God told them he was their husband. He’s shared multiple times that both he and his brother and even members have been approached with this claim. When it becomes a repeat occurrence it’s wise to make a PSA regarding it. Plus, God is not the author of confusion and this pastor is also a prophet. I’m not putting God in a box but I doubt he’d have a dozen women claiming one man to be their husband. Discernment is vital for single women when navigating singleness. About him being a pastor, he has told the story about when he was called. So this isn’t a decision he made, he was called by God to Pastor the church. Regarding the video about his divorce, he admitted that he made the decision in his early 20’s to get married and it wasn’t a move ordained by God. So he was out of order and naturally it fell apart. He talks about his healing journey and he admitted that he contributed to the issues within the marriage so jumping into another marriage was not his goal…healing was and he wasn’t in a rush to do it again unless God said so. Maybe he’s dating someone who God has revealed is his wife and that’s why he knows those claims were false. I can appreciate a pastor for taking this stance and making the suggestion to repent vs trying to add notches on his belt. Integrity has many forms and this was his.
That's why Paul said one of the qualifications for an overseer. Is you must be the husband of one wife. We talk about that being the reason a woman can not be a pastor. It also applies to single men you can not be single. And be an overseer or in church leadership according to 1 Timothy 3 :2-5. Paul was single but he was not a pastor.
I met him before. (YPJ) He wasn't too nice to me or my toddler son. He treated us very rudely because of where we lived. At the time we stayed across the street from his family's church. I used to go there trying to get a relationship with Jesus and he was always rude and nasty toward me. His parents never were but he was. I remember when I got saved I still was being tormented by demons and could not find deliverance in their Church. Wherever you go make sure they really live for Jesus and not trying to just be seen. People out here are hungry for Jesus not another Motivational speaker. Satan is attacking God's people left and right sending them to hell and it's because they don't know spiritual warfare because we have way too many motivational earth thinking "Christians" and not enough Holy Spirit led ones.

People will have something to say regardless. Our poupose in life is not to be on a forever search for a spouse. For some it may never happen. For others it may last a while and end. Finding a mate in church only indicates that you share the same beliefs. It does not guarantee that the person is actually living a Godly lifestyle. Many hearers but not enough doers. How many Pastors cheat on their wives and have side babies. If you go to church with a selfish motive, the devil will dust off his best trash and send it to you wrapped like a king! If you seek God sincerely, he will give you what He desires for you to have. No rushing him or manipulation will be considered.

Under most circumstances, yes. That said, according to the culture, having sex was essentially marriage so legally marrying the third person you’ve had sex with akin to divorcing twice and marrying three times.

the pastor ohurch is single but hes very young. Women in the church have told others memebers God told them he was their husbands abd when they were told to stop and didnt. He rebuked them openly on the pulpit during service. I wonder if that was okay? i have read its okay to do so in scripture

the Bible was written a culture strongly dominated by men. Women often had no say in whom they would marry. If a man showed up at her dad's doorstep with dowry price, he could basically buy her hand in marriage whether she liked him or not. I do agree with the second part of what you wrote. Paul looks at singleness as the more favorable option for ministers. The single person cares only for the things of God.

Paul wasn't a pastor but an evangelist (an apostle). His role wasn't too shepherd a church but to help start churches by preaching, then move on to next town to do the same again

Pastor YPJ is a great pastor & very caring and loving towards his members and he keeps it real with us! As a single woman who sits in this church I felt no way when he addressed that situation because it didn’t apply to me because that’s not what I go for, if someone did feel a way then a hit dog will holler. He spoke a great word that day and you’re just going off of a small clip of him addressing something happening in his church body & deflecting from the word he delivered 😢 We stand behind pastor YPJ ❤️

Please look at the time stamp on the video regarding his sharing of his divorce, etc. Pastor, YPJ is not a perfect man of God, but neither are those who are ripping this video to shreds. He's an awesome man of God and Prophet of God from what he's displayed in his walk/conduct. He's as humble as they come, and he's sharing his past to help someone else not make the same mistake. Those who are throwing stones are judging him from his past. He's not presently in the situation. I could say so much more, but I don't have the time.

You can only divorce if your spouse commits an affair with another person. That is the only way a person can divorce adultery within a marriage only. If you divorce for any other reason, you must remain single, until your spouse passes away and then you can remarry.

5:23 I respectfully disagree with this video. It's a misrepresentation of the person it's about. I’ve seen the 2 videos and understood his reasoning.
The service about the woman claiming God told them he was their husband. He’s shared multiple times that both he and his brother and even members have been approached with this claim. When it becomes a repeat occurrence it’s wise to make a PSA regarding it. Plus, God is not the author of confusion and this pastor is also a prophet. I’m not putting God in a box but I doubt he’d have a dozen women claiming one man to be their husband. Discernment is vital for single women when navigating singleness.
About him being a pastor, he has told the story about when he was called. So this isn’t a decision he made, he was called by God to Pastor the church.
Regarding the video about his divorce, he admitted that he made the decision in his early 20’s to get married and it wasn’t a move ordained by God. So he was out of order and naturally it fell apart. He talks about his healing journey and he admitted that he contributed to the issues within the marriage so jumping into another marriage was not his goal…healing was and he wasn’t in a rush to do it again unless God said so.
Maybe he’s dating someone who God has revealed is his wife and that’s why he knows those claims were false. I can appreciate a pastor for taking this stance and making the suggestion to repent vs trying to add notches on his belt. Integrity has many forms and this was his.

That's why Paul said one of the qualifications for an overseer. Is you must be the husband of one wife. We talk about that being the reason a woman can not be a pastor. It also applies to single men you can not be single. And be an overseer or in church leadership according to 1 Timothy 3 :2-5. Paul was single but he was not a pastor.
I met him before. (YPJ) He wasn't too nice to me or my toddler son. He treated us very rudely because of where we lived. At the time we stayed across the street from his family's church. I used to go there trying to get a relationship with Jesus and he was always rude and nasty toward me. His parents never were but he was. I remember when I got saved I still was being tormented by demons and could not find deliverance in their Church. Wherever you go make sure they really live for Jesus and not trying to just be seen. People out here are hungry for Jesus not another Motivational speaker. Satan is attacking God's people left and right sending them to hell and it's because they don't know spiritual warfare because we have way too many motivational earth thinking "Christians" and not enough Holy Spirit led ones.

Our poupose in life is not to be on a forever search for a spouse. For some it may never happen. For others it may last a while and end. the pastor ohurch is single but hes very young. Women in the church have told others memebers God told them he was their husbands abd when they were told to stop and didnt. He rebuked them openly on the pulpit during service. I wonder if that was okay? i have read its okay to do so in scripture

But you are right when you said it doesn't matter a person Denomination, i forgot that some pastor's such as you, might was in a church that had stubbility...when a pastor is part of a church that have borad members and the parishioners, are doctors, teacher..ect..it makes a difference..hear me out, in those churches those women are married and some are widows...
But when a pastor is on TV..even if he have 60 members..his platform is now at 15,000...with a platform that large..that pastor is exposed to people of all walks of life..
Ñote in his church of 60 people..things are going okay... But once you do TV ministry its like hell breaks loses...now that pastor have 200 women saying that Jesus said he is her husband..
Than he have 500 hundred males saying they had a dream that the pastor is a life partner..
From what i understood from you..that didn't happen to you, and iam glad that it didn't..but see when the time came you got married ❤..
