I can almost see your denial
I have watched this so many times and I'm STILL impressed by everything it does in just 5 mins. It's so cool how you fit scenes of Hal's life flashing before his eyes into the song's distorted portions, him finding comfort waking up next to Darcy was nice :), the ominous reminder that Dan hasn't left was cool! and sad :(, and the big reveal about the fire WAS SO WORTH THE BUILD UP AHHH, that's actually the best OK Go song too. What's really my favorite part about this is that I know you're still making new comics/animatics and I cannot wait for when you outdo yourself again soon

This is so cool istg i absolutely love your storytelling, like the end of tme where Hal and Dan are switching places is so good!! Also the effort you put in those animations!! It makes it so much smoother to wacth! Alkali's death is also very cool, i mean i fucking lost it when when he died played just after. And the toaster bomb?? The mystery person??? Good stuff. So much good stuff.

this is such an inspiring way to start my morning, by watching an ABSOLUTE masterpiece of an animation by a *criminally* underrated artist. i love almost every single thing about this but one of my favourites would probably be this part (1:19 - 1:54) the sudden and short flashback to when things were just yk, normal made it all more emotional to me. i really don't know much about your webcomic but i can see it has potential to become something more than this! i just discovered u today like i said. subscribed. i wanna become an illustrator/animator sooner or later, this is one of the works that are inspiring me to become one. 💚🍀
