Wow! Thanks for the tip on the top-bound notebooks! I have a lefty kiddo, and got them some top-bound notebooks last year on Amazon, and gosh were they expensive!!! Definitely picking up some more at Walmart! And a giant rainbow eraser! YAY!
Awesome haul! Back to school time in the big box stores is my fav! I also really hate those little pencil toppers that break and fall off soo easily. They don't seem to bother my son much but they honestly drive me bonkers. I've been trying to urge him to use separate larger erasers for a while but he still prefers those dinky pencil toppers. I'm gonna have to get some of those pentel click erasers for him to try. Thanks!
I also have another cool item is maybe a lil pop-it or some type of fidget when there upset stressed or some they can fidget idk I luv my fidget collection
You reminded me that I really need to go to Walmart and pick up a haul of notebooks. Those bright crayons looks so cool but my kids refuse to use crayons idk why they only stick to markers and colored pencils. Thank you for sharing your haul I always enjoy these videos.
For crayons we stick to Crayola Twistables because my kids were getting so frustrated with blunt and snapped crayons. They're always sharp and look waxy like a crayon, they're our favorite. I'm going to go scour my Target for that addition/ten frame pack. Great idea to laminate it and use over and over! I totally agree on the Ticonderoga pencils- they're the best but the eraser runs out before we've used up even half of the dang pencil 😭
😆we tried mechanical pencils but my middle son breaks the lead constantly,, I even got the the thicker Paper mate ones and he still constantly breaks the lead

That’s how mine was,, The Bulls eye area had nothing , most of the school area shelves were empty 🤷🏻♀️ My local Walmart was definitely a bit more stocked
I feel you on the erasers! Have you tried the Paper Mate Arrowhead cap erasers? They are very thick and snug around the pencil and even my 6 year old who is very rough on his erasers doesn’t break them. They’ve been a game changer.

Red pencils re not considered popular enough to be sold in stores u just jogged my memory the one thing u don’t see anymore is school supplies with ur name anymore. I miss them cause then kids left my stuff alone or remembered to bring them back after borrowing them. This was the 2000”s. Lisa Frank my childhood favorite school supply . Set. I miss her stuff.
N I got a super cool thing for the kids is scented Elmer’s glue sticks idk up to u but I luv my pack n I went they had the ear bud cases idk if u guys use ear buds for ur curriculum up to u again at dollar tree there only 1.25 n I have seen them at Walmart for more for 3.00 but ye
I’m pretty excited about finding those,, I saw them on an art teachers instagram,, she was doing some project using them but I had a pretty hard time finding them until now 😃

Ticonderoga sells there big erasers too. Haven't tried them yet but they might be an option.
The pencil drama! We switched to mechanical pencils last year and it's been so much better. No more fighting over pencils with broken erasers.

They work great with the Evan Moor paragraph editing work books ,, my boys are loving using those red pencils

I got a pink. and blue crayola brand specific crayon shapner at krogers the grocery store if u have a Kroger if not idk sorry
I don’t have a krogers anywhere near me !! The sharpener I got at the dollar tree have been working fine

the construction paper are a remake this year and they work fantastic. i am hoping canada gets the crayola cosmic crayons.
I’m pretty excited about finding those,, I saw them on an art teachers instagram,, she was doing some project using them but I had a pretty hard time finding them until now 😃
