Love your work! Am curious about how the flowers are mounted...is the bean paste simply better at adhering to itself than if you were using buttercream and a gum glue? I see this is a dummy cake, so if you were doing an actual cake, would you use something to anchor the flowers?

The problem with Bean paste flower is the smell it's smell beany. Otherwise it's piped beautifully. Your flowers are gorgeous

앙금이 어떻게 하면 안갈라지고 매끈하게 나올까요? 윌튼 팁 104번에 백옥앙금을 쓰는데 팁의 얇은 부분에서 계속 앙금이 갈라져서 나와오ㅠㅠ

백옥앙금에 윌튼팁 사용하면 꽃잎이 매끈하게 나와야 하는데 갈라져 나온다면 힘조절이 잘 안되었거나 앙금반죽 용기의 뚜껑을 안덮어서 앙금이 장시간 공기에 노출되어 반죽이 되졌거나 할 경우인데요
또는 팁 얇은부분에 이물질이 껴있는지도 확인해 보세요.
천천히 네일을 돌리면서 짤주머니 잡은 손에 힘을 더 줘보세요. 힘이 너무 약해도 꽃잎이
갈라지더라구요.
윌튼팁은 제 경험상 꽃잎이 매끈하게 나오거든요.😘답변이 너무 길었네요.제 영상 봐주셔서 감사해요 💓
