One thing I really don't like with the Satajet spray guns. It's the black plastic baffle that they use behind the fluid tip. It's not too expensive to replace it but once it's gone bad you'll have all type of issues with that gun. Anyway you still manage to make it look good. Keep it up 👍🏽👍🏽
I preciate it brother I try my best to make it enjoyable. But I think kuz my him wasn’t properly clean. On the next job I haven’t used it I used the 3M gun to do the white Pacifica.
Definitely Nice work bro !! You maybe went to heavy with the wetbed ..and ,did you let it flash off b4 laying down the basecoat 🤔 ?? - from Chandler AZ..30+ paint tech
The wetbed it’s because the pressure was low and caused it to react. And if the let the wetbed flash u might as well not do wetbed with this paint system because it like it wet. If it’s not wet it start having problems.
@@treysterthepainterturner8404as a technical specialist currently dealing with spies 480, try not wet-bedding over the repair area. Film build is too much when applying base over the wetbed which can cause modeling. The metallics will slide and loose color position.
Great work again ,nice to see a young man taking pride in his work. What would you say are the differences between the sata cc gun and the sata jet x 550i . Thanks.
I preciate it. The difference is the atomization. It atomizes clear so well that u have very very little orange peel that it will come out like glass. Night and day difference. You’ll have to stay with a cc to see what I mean by that. But huge difference.
@sayaadsamad5825 yeah. But if the had the series 2 I would still get it to compare the 2. But they still don’t have it for the US and won’t sell it from the UK if your in the United States
@jingliao1854 nope. I don’t spray at 29. And you’ll be going through materials spraying at 29 PSI. I also don’t have color issues or nun spraying at a low pressure.
@@treysterthepainterturner8404 I’m wondering after being out of the trade for sometime….. and presently spraying Spies Hi tech 480. What gun and tip sizes are appropriate for water based
@@treysterthepainterturner8404 it for sure has to be wet but more like medium wet not clear coat wet. You seem to be figuring out as you go! All about trial and error!
Like the way how you are working! Great job!
I preciate it brother 💪🏾😎
Beautiful job my friend. Keep up the great work!!!!
I preciate it brother I will. 💪🏾
The 45 angle tip is a good tip 👍🏽👍🏽 thanks
No problem brother. It works big time for blends if u don’t use it u will see that blend because the paint soo concentrated.
Man oh man it turn out great my man.. take care
I preciate it brother.
Yo yo yoooo. You got the juice now.Nice clean job bro
Haha. I preciate it bro. 😎 💪🏾

@@treysterthepainterturner8404 Humm. The way you keep your working area so clean I would never think that the spray gun wasn't properly cleaned.
@rigalmichel7863 yeah but idk. I haven’t used it after this job. On the next job I used the 3M gun so idk. 🤷🏾♂️
Great work how many years have u been spraying for ?
Since I was little my dad and 2 uncles trained me. So over 15 to 20 years
Truly enjoy your videos. Did you find out what cause the fan pattern problem?

@sayaadsamad5825 no problem
You prefer this cc over the iawata series 2?

I see you got the new paint gun. From what company
The Sata Jet CC. I bought it from SPSupplies.
Thanks

What Hardner are you using with the 923, 365 clear 120 or 130 and what reducer’s
Both normal hardner and reducer.
With the 365 Try 250 hardner with 10%740 reducer
In toronto glasurit told us we have to spray at 29psi with the 5500rp .. how come you spraying at 26pis with the 5500rp ??
Save more material and not what glasurit told me in the US. Told me 26 to 27 PSi with the Sata RP. But I also don’t play by the rules either.
Same here in Toronto they said spray with 29PSI

Where did you order the RP CC…. Our jobber out here is telling me they never heard of them ? Da Fuc

@@user-su5fc1ld9i spies hecker you need a 1.2 RP for base if using Sata 5000. 1.2 O for 5500.
You for sure over applying the wet bed and that’s what happened when you laid your base down
