Once I had exactly that on tier 4 when there were Murloc tidecaller and Alleycat on pool Which meant a lot of triples :D But I have been lost to a man with lot of divine shields...

When I started play this mode long ago, i bought 1 zerus,so it transormed into random minon, and turn after i bought 2 more Zerus, and they didnt make a triplet,it was random minion+2 Zerus,i hate this interaction

Curator usually doesnt go into too many routes. He didnt get the early side of the murlocs so mech is usually the next go too. Especially with that sensei/cobolt/reshield pull....
Demons are typically unreliable, and Beasts have been nerfed to mid-tier. So if you don't get early murlocs as Curator, your best bet is to go for Mechs as they are still pretty consistent. This is mostly due to the amount of good mechs being in the pools, but also the amalgam allows for magnetic effects and menagerie builds to be used without other requirements.

When battlegrounds was first introduced I got a golden zerus and instantly got a golden mama bear. This was pretty early, maybe turn 6. It was definitely a memorable run!

I got a triple zerus a few days ago and the 2nd thing it turned into was the 6 star mech with the summon legendaries deathrattle. It carried me to 2nd place because of high rolls and good attack order, but I was beaten by a demon playing Yogg with perfect attacks every time.
Hero Idea: Kripperian, Hero Power: Salt. Passive ability. Whenever you lose a round, give your minnions +1 Attack.

i've done it a few times and won every single time. It's a very powerful strategy if you can time it properly in the early game.

I didn't "hear about" "some guy" "maybe" did it "some time" ago, Firebat, (Hearthstone champion) posted a youtube video about his triple golden Zerus on December 2, 2019. Definitely not a good idea, but worth it for the memes/video.
I did a tripple zerus a few weeks back, was a good time to be alive. I did it for science, was curious what would happen.

I wish shifter still tripled after it shifted. It's annoying being able to get 3 shifters in hand but it doesn't count as a triple :P
That last fight was bogus he got cleaved by the foe reaper two times and it still survived so it got some of the best targets outside of those where positioning of the cleave may have been important. The first time it hit the perfect target to not die that turn.
When i got tripple Zerus i got gold Kangor's apprentice at turn 7. In the game i managed to end up with gold kangor's + 2 more kangor's before i won the game.

I've had this opportunity happen once as well, I decided not to do it because I knew it would of gotten me killed, but I really wanted to do it for the memes.
I got a golden zerus one time, it was the turn I hit 10 coins so fairly early in the game, it never once turned into a minion beyond tier 3, mostly ones and twos, but after several turns of crap minions I had to play it as a 2/2 pogo for the bonus card it gave because I was so far behind on the board, I went 5th that game but you just have to let it roll for the chance at those insane 5s and 6's for the meme's.
Yeah I've had a golden zerus but never turned into anything I wanted, probably should have just played it anyway but the greed was real.

I did this once and it turned into golden junkbot on first transformation while being offered 2 cobalt guardians :p I didn't loose anymore heath from that point

Blackadder75 To my knowledge, you can get anything, even a 1 Star schmuck. It’s a huge gamble for 9 gold. If you get a 5-6 star minion you win, and if you get nothing for 3 turns you are probably dead.
@G Money It can, indeed, turn into any minion. I once saw a clip where the player got golden Zerus, then it turned into metaltooth leaper, then righteous protector, then murloc tidehunter, then he lost the game. 100% not worth it to even try

I got lucky and did this too, but my first 3 turns with the golden card was all crap ones for murlocks I didn't use. I ended up dying never using it.

I just happened to get the zerus after seeing this title, but not on a single turn. I had to freeze to purchase the 3rd and was never able to get a golden since they always morph into another card, which does not count :(

In other games you could have triple Zerus in 3 rounds, but noooo, the memes. Bit surprised you haven't done that already by the way.
That board was only mediocre anyways, being split between mechs and Murlocks early on. The Triple Xerus though is seriously good if you play them as you see them in the shop early, and manage to triple them from the board. Can lead to some crazy mid game swings. It's all luck though, so never recommended.
I just had 1 in the store at the very beginnig og T3, buyed him, rerolled and got 2 new. So at 1. Random i got the Golden Egg and discovered Baron :D i just rolled over overyone

Actually it just kept changing into tier 1-2 minions so I came dead last. That would have been my worst game if it wasn’t for the time I tripled a toxfin only to find out it doesn’t give all your murlocs poisonous.
