One of my favourite details of this game is that Midna says only the true ruler of Twilight can shatter the mirror completely which is why Zant could only break it into pieces and then Midna is able to shatter it completely in the end suggesting she's indeed the true ruler.
Her shattering the mirror used to always baffle me, I could never understand why she would do that up until a few years ago. I realized she chose to shatter the mirror because Ganondorf being able to enter the Twilight Realm is what caused such severe suffering for not just her people but also the people of Hyrule. She shattered the mirror to save her people from ever being attacked or used as a weapon again by an outsider. A tragic sacrifice to never be able to see Link and Zelda and the world of light again, but a sacrifice she needed to make to protect her people and her home from ever being harmed again. GREAT IM CRYING AGAIN
@doodlebug7250 i always saw it more as Midna trying to take responsibility and destroying the mirror so that the light world would be safe from any threats of the twilight realm in the future. Taking responsibility for Ganondorf and Zahn who emerged from her realm
Welp. I just finished wind waker today and didnt process that i could have looked at the reflection even though i caught on to the reflection mechanic for blizzeta real quick when i played TP
Pointcrow originally streamed this shortly after my freshman year of high school. I watched most of the streams, as well as the edited videos on the main channel numerous times. He is now uploading this just before my second year of college LMAO
I'm so happy to have this version of the playthrough as the medium between the vods and the shorter edited videos. Twilight Princess is my favorite game and has been since it first came out. I've played it from start to finish 34 times over the years. It has gotten me through some extremely rough times. It's so, so deeply important to me. But I haven't been able to play it in a long time due to disability. Seeing it played like this, where someone is genuinely enjoying it, let's me still keep the game close even when I can't play it myself.
This game's Link is fleshed out so well, not only does he have the most badass moments in the series but he also has the most emotional moments of any Link. It baffles me when people say this is the worst 3d Zelda because it's just overall the perfect package of characters, dungeons, combat, music, Link (who is also the hottest Link in the series) and bosses. The theme that kicks in when you're hitting a boss's weak spot never fails to make you feel like such a badass
God I love this game. The graphics are some of my favorites, the soundtrack is gorgeous even by Zelda standards, it has that dark and creepy vibe like Majoras Mask did. Some of my favorite childhood memories are watching my older brother play this and marveling at how easily he seemed to complete even the hardest bosses and puzzles. (And also laughing at him on the rare occasion he did fuck up) Midnas Lament holds a place in my heart as one of the most (in my opinion) beautiful pieces of music ive ever heard.
YOOOO twilight princess!! this is really nice because i've just been watching through eric's tp playthrough vods, so this condensed version is super cool!!
Despite having watched the full TP vod AND the edited playthrough on the main channel, I still can’t get over how interested and excited Pcrow gets when playing new games for the first time. Of course I had to watch this video too!!
This is my favorite game of all time, and watching you play through it just reminded me of all the reasons why. The journey, the thrills, the losses, everything just comes together so beautifully.
One thing to remember about the whole Death Mountain section. Link needs the iron boots simply because he is too light and easily thrown around by the gorons. They don't augment his strength. He is wholly capable of throwing gorons around all on his own as long as he has a way to not simply be knocked aside. Considering Link in this game is a farm hand who routinely wrestles fully grown goat into submission, and that he can contend with a goron, it's safe to assume that of all the incarnarions of link, this one is probably the most powerful when it comes to unaided physical might.
yes!! I was hoping for this! I've been wanting to rewatch your TP playthrough for a while now but felt like the highlights on the main channel cut out too much, but that the full VODS were too long to sift through. Thank you for this!!
1:52:29 I wanna play that clip from stranger things where the sherrif is talking about how "at this height that water turns into concrete, youll hit it and splat, youre done."
Thank you very much, everyone, for putting this all together and posting it for us. As you might be able to tell from my name, TP has been my favorite game since I was young enough to pick a dumb YT name :) The work that went into this entire channel is breathtaking, and I applaud everyone who made it possible. Thank you!
Seeing you get to play this was amazing! As someone who's been playing it since it came out, I'm very used to the game, the reveals, the twists. Getting to see your reactions to the game for the very first time helped me feel like I was playing it for the first time again too (a bit parasocial I know, forgive me). There's a reason this game is my favorite video game of all time, it is breathtaking and unforgettable. Thank you PointCrow!
Great video! Loved the editing style! Btw, if you're looking for suggestions about what to make the next playthrough about I would love to watch the full portal 1&2!
I highly recommend Rain World. It’s amazing and unique AI calls for some pretty funny interactions that can lead to great content. While it’s considered to be a rage game when you first start out, once you get the mechanics down everything opens up. It will just drop you in with no real goal, but don’t worry, just explore and see what happens
I first watched your Twilight Princess playthrough series a couple of years ago, and it's probably my favorite set of videos on RUclips. Thank you for making a full playthrough of my favorite Zelda game :)
I truly adore this channel already! It's awesome that you're playing through these games and completely reading the story! Perhaps if it's possible, could you maybe play through Honkai Impact? Most of my favorite creators either didn't pay attention to the story or just randomly stopped playing the game :')
Twilight Princess video, completed! All caught up to this channel's uploads. Twilight Princess is my favorite Zelda game so it was fantastic to experience it again thought this playthrough.
I cant believe Im finally early! Ive been waiting for the edited version of your tp playthrough since i sadly dont have time to watch all tbe vods, so thanks!
I was looking and looking for a chill play through with commentary but couldn’t find anything, then it hit me, I didn’t look at my fav RUclipsrs channel (yours)
My favourite game ever🎉 even thought i love your short/summarized videos, i much prefer the full vod, so i guess it is time to watch it... again.. for the 4th time.. wups 🤭.
Excited for the Majora's Mask upload eventually, I was watching the streams back when he was playing it but I never got to finish it. Going back to rewatch the streams was on my list of things to do, so an edited down version would be so perfect.
hooray! another pcrow twilight princess video to watch 13 times over! Ive already put it on to go to sleep now to *actually* watch it now that I'm awake
I dont know how this many rewatches of the playthrough beforehand, even playing TP myself I somehow never noticed ganon's theme from ocarina of time plays as he comes back to life in the backstory
If this game weren't so long, I'd love to replay it. I remember it so fondly from my childhood and I still remember thinking as like an 8-year-old that Ganondorf dying standing up was badass. Maybe I'll replay it someday.
I remember playing this game at like 8 years old and being so scared of the first enemy before the little cave that I just ran around the town for hours and years later getting to Talo and monkey was like really far into the game for me (literally 15 minutes into the video aka the tutorial)
windowkill v4.0 came out, heres the rounds i played while watching the video 😁😁😁 ROUND 1: (playing as nyx again) CONGRATULATIONS, YOU WON! time survived: 0:31:05.81 (46:17 video time) damage taken: 249 coins collected: 65506 stars collected: 20 items bought: 103 bullets fired: 35312 enemies killed: 3678 bosses killed: 20 damage taken during ???: 5 ROUND 2: erm my game crashed... how did i miss this? my third favorite game (after little kings story and yokai watch) being played by pointcrow! 5.75 hours of my life i will never get back and don't want to
Hey, pointcrow. I love zenlda games, and the first one I ever played was in 2016, when I was a lot younger, and I played Legend of Zelda: Link's awakening. Not the Nintendo switch one though, there is a lot less story and collectibles in that one. I recommend playing the Gameboy color one. But on a 3ds or pc. I didn't know which video you would be more likely to see it on, so I posted it on all 3
Please please please play through the phantom hourglass!! That's my world favorite Zelda game and no one plays it or if they do they are boring... You are the most entertaining gaming RUclipsr! Please be the one and only that plays that game that is fun to watch!!
Pleeeeeeeease play DREAMFALL. it's weird and definitely a game that i know wouldn't appeal to everyone but despite being a very dark game it was weirdly incredibly soothing, and was a really interesting take on mental health stuff and female friendships.
(SPOILERS FOR ECHOES OF WISDOM) I think that the yeti guy at 3:30:19 is the same race/person as the yetis on Lanayru in Echoes of Wisdom. They speak the same, and they look similar, and they both live in Lanayru. I love the crossovers of species in the Zelda games.
If ylu haven't seen it/pleyed it already ypu should play the puzzle game "there is no game", it's not too hard, it's really creative and has a really good story
Thank you so much for this. I have missed playthroughs like these sooo much. Summerized high-energy content is fun and all, but these long ones hit a different snare. AND OMG THE ENDING MADE MY CRY AGAIN
One of my favourite unspoken things is how after Midna get’s the triforce she doesn’t have to hide in Link’s shadow in the light anymore.
wait i never noticed this (after 400 hours and 7 completed files in this game)
One of my favourite details of this game is that Midna says only the true ruler of Twilight can shatter the mirror completely which is why Zant could only break it into pieces and then Midna is able to shatter it completely in the end suggesting she's indeed the true ruler.

"DID (insert name here) JUST DIE?!" was my fav quote from all of this
The fact you didn’t put the name to avoid spoiling other people makes you better than at least 25% of people
@@PatientSqueaky- It less avoiding spoilers and more that Eric puts every character’s name in that slot at least once during the play through 😂
@@PatientSqueakyI kinda love when people do the obviously fake spoilers like saying that SpongeBob is a playable character for example
@@Platina_Leafbuddy that... wasn't a fake spoiler
@@Platina_Leafthanks you spoiled it for me. You knew that SpongeBob killed link and took his place. How dare you spoil it.
"Tell me, do you ever-"
Get collectors anxiety?
in huge open world rpgs
Where there's so much to do
So much to grab
Then you have low% TP 😭😭😭
I do a actually. A huge birb shaped one.
I ASKED FOR AN UPLOAD AND ITS OF MY FAVORITE GAME EVER???? MY LIFE IS YOURS
Twilight princess is by far best legend of zelda game
Very debatable but skyward sword is the best IMO
I like ocarina of time the best for nostalgia reasons
IT’S MY FAV TOO
Nah nah, phantom hourglass is the best!
Him not knowing you can look at the ground to see the reflection of Blizetta in TP AND Spider Puppet Ganon in WW kills me every time
I felt for him cuz I also struggled to notice the reflections were key to defeating them 😅
Yeah, same. It's been a mechanic in one way or another in every 3d zelda i think

This is probably my favorite 3d Zelda game of all time.
And your right for that
That’s cause it’s the best Zelda game
@@minimartile57 your pfp says it all lmao
I agree! The story and character development are fantastic
Same, best story of the entire franchise, best characters, best Link, best gameplay, best dungeons, just overall the perfect 3d Zelda
God I love this game. The graphics are some of my favorites, the soundtrack is gorgeous even by Zelda standards, it has that dark and creepy vibe like Majoras Mask did. YOOOO twilight princess!! this is really nice because i've just been watching through eric's tp playthrough vods, so this condensed version is super cool!!
"Your name... is Link."
Link: My name is Jeff :D
Despite having watched the full TP vod AND the edited playthrough on the main channel, I still can’t get over how interested and excited Pcrow gets when playing new games for the first time. Of course I had to watch this video too!!
I will never not cry during Midna’s lament 😭❤love this game

Chat spouting different vines at around 43:32 is killing me 😂
About to sit and watch 5 hours of pcrow
My favorite pastime ❤
49:00 i love how eric completely missed the monkey smacking his booty at him😂
the boss fight at 1:45:19 reminds me so much of shadow of the colussus now that ive seen you play it. that's so cool
yes!! I was hoping for this! I've been wanting to rewatch your TP playthrough for a while now but felt like the highlights on the main channel cut out too much, but that the full VODS were too long to sift through. Thank you for this!!
Twilight princess will forever be my favorite Zelda game

Thank you very much, everyone, for putting this all together and posting it for us. As you might be able to tell from my name, TP has been my favorite game since I was young enough to pick a dumb YT name :)
The work that went into this entire channel is breathtaking, and I applaud everyone who made it possible. Thank you!
I don't know if you've played it but what remains of Edith Finch is a fantastic game and I think you would enjoy it.
Oh that would be amazing. That games story hits different

Great video! Loved the editing style! Btw, if you're looking for suggestions about what to make the next playthrough about I would love to watch the full portal 1&2!

watching you experience twilight princess for the first time is such a treasure, it really is such a good game

PointCrow's reaction to the Ooccoos kills me every time 🤣I get they're supposed to be helpful and charming, but with that design? Nope, doesn't work.
by far the best zelda game in the series
I literally already watched all 4-5 hours of each stream on twilight princess and the moment i finished, u uploaded this😭
Amazing vid.Loved it :D Tho a lil bit criminal to cut the credits
my absolute favorite right here
Hey, pointcrow. I love zenlda games, and the first one I ever played was in 2016, when I was a lot younger, and I played Legend of Zelda: Link's awakening. Didnt know this channel existed until now ig i got 10+ hours of stuff to watch🙏

Who better than you to have my first ever twillight princess experience (no, ive never even seen one image of the game yet)
twilight princess is easily one of my favourite games so death postponed 🙏 thanks bestie
can't wait to watch this, pointcrow on top

"Where the Ococco live" Me: DAMMIT!!!
“A staring contest with the creek”
My cat does that with the water fountain
Pleeeeeeeease play DREAMFALL.
it's weird and definitely a game that i know wouldn't appeal to everyone but despite being a very dark game it was weirdly incredibly soothing, and was a really interesting take on mental health stuff and female friendships.
I don't think i can play this game by any means so I watched the entire 5 hrs gameplay thank you pointcrow for making this playthrough
Ohh this was such a good playthrough!
3:05 my favorite part
Couldn't sleep thanks for being her for me🙏

Thank you so much for this. I have missed playthroughs like these sooo much. Summerized high-energy content is fun and all, but these long ones hit a different snare. AND OMG THE ENDING MADE MY CRY AGAIN
