Why'd they use the pink elephants on parade for the heffalumps and woozles segment?! These projections are really great, I applaud them for using a bunch of the classic films and only having Frozen characters for a few seconds.
Because of the shared trippy nature? I always confuse the heffalump segment with the pink elephants one, because of the surrealistic style of animating (images that keep transforming, both feature elephants or "heffalumps", didn't see the pooh movie, but a heffalump looks like an elephant). It is weird that this is the only mixed segment in the show though...
this was great... almost as good as Disney World's show... BUT yet Disneyland still has the best of the best in firework spectacular.. Don't know what I'm talking about, haven't seen "Disneyland Forever"? search it up and tell me if I'm wrong!
Actually, once upon a time is not a firework spectacular. Besides to this entertainment, there is a firework show called Happiness on High which is really really really not good.lol
i will probably not go to any disney park again as they are way overpriced in every aspect and keep raising prices every year but they do have the best firework,lighting and projection shows.
when i went to japan the fireworks are just at the left! hmmmmmmm.........maybe before it was was beautiful and now when i was watching the fireworks......ITS UGLY!!!! :
The show in Paris plays more with the actual castle while this show most of the time uses the castle only to project images on which is kinda disappointing.
The Paris version is Disney Dreams in where they feature Peter Pan's shadow as he travels to the dreams of our favorite characters and where he battles villains like Captain Hook and Maleficent, in a beautiful spectacular of fountains, fireworks, beautiful projections and pyrotechnics. The Tokyo version is Once Upon A Time in where they feature Mrs. Potts and Chip as she tells him the beautiful stories of our characters that all came true, through beautiful projection, fire and pyrotechnics (they didn't incorporate fountains)

I don’t even compare them cuz I see this as tokyo’s “projection” show as its a different production from the fireworks that tokyo also has. Whereas paris just had that one show as its stand alone nighttime spectacular so not the same categories for me

Excellent show! Reminds me of the Paris 'Disney Dreams' show...and whilst I preferred the Paris one this was still incredible.

In Japan, English is actually around more than you might think
It's because they haven't dubbed all of the extra songs that was released outside of the movies.

Imo Disneyland Forever feels more like a giant commercial you see on tv than an actual Disney fireworks spectacular.
